This refers to the meaning of not being approved. Here, one-third of one-third of the words becomes a fundamental, sinful misdeed. The immediately following words become a minor offense. For the third case, because it is very inappropriate, this is pointed out. One-third of a Bhikshuni means that one-third of a Bhikshuni who is with a Bhikshuni will be approved, and separation from a Bhikshuni will be approved, but the two will not be approved. Therefore, here, approving a large part means that it will become a minor offense. For unwilling separation, there is no fault, no fault means that for such separation, no downfall will occur. Here, the scripture is: If the following Bhikshuni is beaten, or dies, or declines, or falls, or flees to another place, or flees to another country, then there is no downfall. Separation arising from unwillingness is the only certainty, and it exists completely here. Here, other reasons such as robbery and decline, etc., are not non-existent, so it is said that way. Belonging to the things of a householder, here, for the things belonging to the Bhikshuni herself, decline is mentioned. The word downfall refers to the downfall itself, and downfall means failure. Due to the cause of obstacles, it means that due to the cause of obstacles to practice and Brahmacharya, there is no fault in separating from a disciplinary companion. Related to time, the front of the end is the combination, which means describing the difference in actions that depend on a certain time, just like the actions that occur at the moment of the end of night and day, that will become fundamental. The front is the meaning of the word immediately following that. Belonging to the category of time, the actions that occur in the time in front, that is the combination. The actions that occur at the time of the end, that is the fundamental.

How is that known? Therefore, because it is said in the sutra, "Having left the summer dwelling, welcoming the dawn elsewhere," if a bhikshuni alone welcomes the dawn elsewhere outside the summer dwelling, then everything will become a sanghavasesa. These two sentences indicate the two situations of daytime separation and nighttime separation here. Here, because the ending is spoken of as the main content, therefore, for the preceding time, it is merely a connection, thus closely connected. The so-called "The end of the setting sun is the end of the day" means that the end of the setting sun is the end of the day. From then on, it belongs to the night and will become inappropriate, that is its meaning. The common characteristics of the above four have been explained. Now, the individual distinctions will be explained. In what situation will it become a sanghavasesa of nighttime separation? Therefore, the sutra says, "The night has left the summer dwelling," here, residing in the summer dwelling indicates being close to the residence, even in the house, it relies on the residence. Approaching external places such as villages and gardens. For monasteries, it also approaches one direction of a meaningful place, etc. For women entering, there are also four definite ways of connecting. Therefore, here the external aspect is the boundary of the summer dwelling. If there is a wall here, then that is it. If not, then that is it. This is the sanghavasesa of nighttime separation. In what situation will it become a sanghavasesa of daytime separation? Therefore, the sutra says, "Daytime," connecting with "having left the summer dwelling." Alone going to a relative's house for food, because a famine has occurred, if permission is obtained to associate with the relatives, one may go, this is said in the stories. If permission is obtained to associate with the bodies of the relatives. Going for that purpose, if permission is obtained from the bhikshuni sangha, then the bhikshuni alone may go to the relatives' houses for food. When

Is it always like this? No. Because it is during times of famine. Saying "one should give alms" means that during times of famine, it is permitted to associate closely with relatives. It is a sanghādisesa of separation. Under what circumstances does it become a sanghādisesa of entering the road? Therefore, it is said, "When entering the road," which means that if one goes beyond the vicinity of the village, one has entered the road. Where there is no village, the place of the house itself is the village. Regarding meaningful things, and things related to the vicinity of villages, etc., when one is separated from the Dharma garment, everything that was taught before should be understood in the same way here as well. Except for gardens, abodes of gods, and gathering places, etc. If gardens, etc., are related to the vicinity of the village, then the vicinity surrounded by villages, etc., is the vicinity itself. If it is separated by a long distance, it is the close association itself. Only Sbomdagamo, the origin of wandering in the six great cities, from this, this training rule was established. It is a sanghādisesa of entering the road. Under what circumstances does it become a sanghādisesa of crossing the river? Therefore, it is said, "When crossing to the other side of the river," which means that when walking on the road, this is a fault. Therefore, if one goes beyond the ferry crossing, this fault is completely established. Is it going downstream or upstream? Here, the "other shore" should be understood as just an example. Saying "reaching the other shore by paddling with hands" means crossing to the other side of the river, and if one goes beyond the ferry crossing, then this downfall of sanghādisesa means reaching the other shore. Crossing with both hands by paddling is only the actual establishment for reaching the other shore. The "Sbompo" mentioned earlier means that when one crosses the river alone by paddling with hands, the front of reaching the other shore is the meaning of Sbompo. "Reaching the other shore for a short time is a misdeed" is connected to "reaching." "Short time" means that which can be crossed by jumping, and for that, one should clearly rely on a small ditch.
