Therefore, following the statement that "doing so is meaningless," even for those who possess and are allowed to use grass mats and cushions, and who have a destructive nature, it is not meaningless to say that they are defiled. Therefore, for those who possess these things, it should also be understood by following this statement. The "that" here is because it does not belong to the Sangha. It means that it is not a cushion other than that of the Sangha. And "without a cushion" means that from the moment of sitting down, one should not use it until one is able to enjoy it. Even above the seat, one should not sit on the Sangha's property without a cushion. Here, enjoying should be understood as not being included. Even if it is just physical contact, it should be known that a cushion must be placed. Here, the scripture says: The Blessed One allowed the monks to sit down for the sake of resting. One should not use it without a cushion. A Brahmin nun asked: Venerable, is it permissible to sit on a patterned cushion? The Blessed One replied: If there is a cushion, then it is permissible, but it may be mostly damaged. Here, the phrase "mostly undamaged" is also the same. Here, it should be understood from the question of the Brahmin nun. And "cushion cover also" refers to what is covered on top is called a cushion cover. In addition, what is not obstructed is: the Sangha's cushion cover. For that, one should not enjoy it without setting up an obstruction. All patterned ones, mostly undamaged, also refer to the personal dwelling, not made into a cushion, not sitting down, for the cushion cover, one should not use it without setting up an obstruction, which is guided by the word "also." Not that means that here, apart from the patterned, mostly undamaged ones, things are distinguished by other means. One should not do it with bad and dirty things, also following "there is no obstruction for the cushion," and again obtaining the ritual of the cushion, here obtaining the ritual of not setting up an obstruction. From the ritual of not setting up an obstruction, it is also the ritual of the cushion. Therefore, in all cases, this belongs to the scope of both.

It has been summarized. The phrase "should hold a cushion" is said to prevent obstacles. "If it is thick, a single layer is also acceptable" refers to that cushion. "Seng pa" refers to the solar disk. The phrase "fancy is not allowed" prohibits the cushion from being fancy, bright, and colorful. It is said here, "cut with a knife and hold." The phrase "clothes cut with a knife can be enjoyed" is not summarized here because it is for completing the general ritual. The phrase "do the continuation of glag bu on it" refers to that cushion. "In which direction?" Therefore, it is said, "in the first of the lower third," "lower" refers to the first of the third at the edge of the foot, not the middle and the end. The phrase "one glag bu should not be blessed" refers to the cushion, that is, this one that comes from the womb is the cushion here. In the phrase "should hold with the one that has covering yampa," "with" refers to yampa. That should be washed for five or six days. The phrase "silk, wool, hemp, and coarse cloth are acceptable" because the difference is not stated, so because it is not possible to understand the difference in thought, it is also necessary to understand the remainder of the Dharma garment with the three Dharma garments. Because the limbs of living beings are produced, there is suspicion that it is not acceptable like leather, so it is said "silk and wool." Hemp and coarse cloth are acceptable because they become rough, like gaso ma and other clothes. The phrase "not made into felt and gaso ma are not acceptable" means that clothes such as those produced from the wish-fulfilling tree, and clothes such as gaso ma are not acceptable. From the vows of abandonment, the act of committing misdeeds, in the range of what is not acceptable, the order is made except for what, is summarized here. The phrase "accepting those made of hair and the naked sect and the owl sect is also acceptable" is also connected to the phrase "not acceptable," and here the sound of accepting appears separately. Accepting the la ba of hair, accepting the naked sect, accepting the owl sect is not
