གླིང་གཞན་ནས་སྐྱེས་པ་དང༌། ལུས་སམ་ངག་གིས་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐབས་སམ་སྐྱེས་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་འཁྲིག་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རྣམ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་གང་གིས་བསྟེན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ནི་དཔེར་ན་བསྙོན་ཐབས་མཁན་ནམ་མ་ནིང་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་གཉིས་ནི་སྟོན་པའི་སྐབས་འདིར་རིག་པར་མ་ཆོག་པ་ཉིད་དོ། །འདིར་རུང་བ་ལ་སྟོན་པ་ཡོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་ལ་ནི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །མི་རུང་བ་ལ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་ལྕི་བ་འདིའི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངས་པས་ཉེས་བྱས་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །འདིར་གཞུང་ནི་ཞུ་བ་ལས་བཙུན་པ་དགེ་སློང་གིས་རེ་ཞིག་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་བུད་མེད་ལ་བྱང་གི་སྒྲ་མི་སྙམ་པ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཆོས་སྟོན་ན་ལྟུང་བ་ཅིར་འགྱུར། ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གླིང་གཞན་པ་རྣམས་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ་ལ་ཡང་ཉེས་བྱས་སོ་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རིག་པའི་སྐྱེས་པ་མེད་པར་བུད་མེད་ལ་ཆོས་བསྟན་པར་མི་བྱའོ་ཞེས་གང་གསུངས་པ་དེ་ལ་རིག་པའི་སྐྱེས་པ་ཇི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་བུད་མེད་ལ་ཆོས་བསྟན་པར་བྱ་ཞེ་ན། རུང་བ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །རུང་བ་ཇི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞེ་ན། སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱིམ་པ་ཡང་རུང་ རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བ་ཡང་རུང་སྟེ། འགྱུར་བ་བསྟེན་པར་མི་བྱེད་པ་གང་ཡིན་པའོ། །རྣམ་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་སྒོ་འབྲེལ་བའི་དོན་དུ་འདིར་རིག་པའི་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་པའོ། །འདིར་འདི་དག་ལ་བདག་པོ་ཉིད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། གླིང་གཞན་ནས་སྐྱེས་པ་ལ་སྐྱེ་བ་འདི་སུ་ཞིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ལ་བརྟེན་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གུས་པ་མེད་པས། དེ་བས་ན་འདི་ལྷག་པར་ཤེས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། འདི་དག་ལ་རྩོམ་པ་དང་འདུན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་མ་གྲུབ་པའོ། །དེ་བས་ན་འདིར་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཡིན་གྱི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་ལ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནི་བརྡ་ཕྲད་པ་ཉིད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དཔེར་ན་གོ་བར་བྱ་བ་གཞན་ལ་གོ་བར་གྲུབ་པ་ཁོ་ནར་འགྱུར་གྱི་མ་གྲུབ་ན་ནི་ཕྱེད་ཉིད་ཡིན་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རིག་པའི་སྐྱེས་པ་ཡོད་པ་འདི་ལ་བརྡ་ཕྲད་ནའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཆོམ་རྐུན་དང་ཀླ་ཀློ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སྐད་མ་གོ་བ་དང་གཉིད་ལོག་པ་དང༌། སྨྱོས་པ་དང༌། བག་མེད་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་པ་དང༌། གླེན་པ་དང་འོན་པར་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྟོན་པ་ལ་རིག་པའི་སྐྱེས་པ་དེ་ལ་ཉེས་བྱས་དེ་ལ་འདི་བྱེད་པའོ། །རྣམ་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཉིད་ལ་མཚན་ཅིག་ཤོས་དོན་མེད་དོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ། རྣམ་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཉིད་ཡོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་ལའོ། །དོན་མེད་པ་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་མེད་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་

从其他洲来的人，以及以身体或语言，在女性或男性的情况下，以性行为相关的形态转变的任何行为，例如矫饰者或阴阳人，这二者在此教导的情况下是不被允许的。在此，允许的情况下有教导者，其结果被称为“轻罪”。对于不允许的情况，遵循这个非常严重的罪行，应知为“轻罪”。这里的经文是，如果比丘僧侣向瞻部洲（南赡部洲）的女性，在没有北方声音的概念下一起说法，会犯什么罪？答：轻罪。同样，与其他洲的人一起说法，也被说为轻罪。世尊所说的“没有知性男子，不应向女性说法”，那么应该与什么样的知性男子一起向女性说法呢？答：任何允许的情况。什么样的允许情况呢？答：说是居家者也可以，出家者也可以，只要是不采取转变行为的人。为了与转变之门相关联，这里是依赖于知性男子。这里，这些人并不完全具备自主性，因为从其他洲来的人，会问“这个出生是谁”，并且缺乏依赖的恭敬。因此，这应该更加清楚地了解，因为这些人没有完成写作和意愿等。因此，这里是走向道路，而不是走向意识。那是指示相遇，例如，应该理解为，对于其他应该理解的事物，只有在理解时才算完成，如果不理解，则只是一半，同样，对于有知性男子的情况，这被称为指示相遇的意思。对于强盗、野蛮人等，以及听不懂语言、睡觉、疯狂、不谨慎、入定、愚蠢和聋哑的人说法，对于知性男子来说，这就是轻罪，这就是对此的处理。对于那种情况本身，另一个名字是无意义。所谓的那种情况，是指存在两种情况本身。无意义是指没有结果，稍微。

Those born from other continents, and any behavior that transforms into a sexually related form in the case of women or men through body or speech, such as pretenders or hermaphrodites, these two are not allowed in this teaching context. Here, in permissible cases where there is a teacher, the result is called a 'minor offense.' For impermissible cases, following this very serious offense, it should be known as a 'minor offense.' Here, the scripture is, if a Bhikshu monk preaches the Dharma together to women of Jambudvipa (Southern Continent) without the concept of the Northern sound, what offense would be committed? Answer: A minor offense. Similarly, it is said that preaching the Dharma together with people from other continents is also a minor offense. What kind of intelligent man should one preach the Dharma to women with, as the Blessed One said, 'Without an intelligent man, one should not preach the Dharma to women'? Answer: Any permissible situation. What kind of permissible situation? Answer: It is said that it can be a householder or a renunciate, as long as it is someone who does not engage in transformative behavior. In order to be associated with the door of transformation, here it relies on an intelligent man. Here, these people do not fully possess autonomy, because for those who come from other continents, they will ask, 'Who is this birth,' and there is a lack of respect for dependence. Therefore, this should be understood more clearly, because these people have not completed writing and intentions, etc. Therefore, here it is going towards the path, but not towards consciousness. That is an indicative encounter, for example, it should be understood that for other things that should be understood, it is only completed when understood, and if not understood, it is only half, similarly, for the case where there is an intelligent man, this is called the meaning of an indicative encounter. For robbers, barbarians, etc., and preaching to those who do not understand the language, are asleep, mad, careless, in meditative absorption, foolish, and deaf, for an intelligent man, this is a minor offense, this is how it is dealt with. For that kind of situation itself, another name is meaningless. That kind of situation refers to the existence of two kinds of situations themselves. Meaningless means without results, slightly.
