Nato. There are many ways to extract semen here. Extracting from the location (of semen), extracting from the tube, and extracting from the end of the sexual organ, which is called the third. From whom are these extracted? Therefore, first it is said "Lao," meaning that one's own semen is the first, that is, extracted from there. It does not refer to the semen itself, but rather to the fact that this body has become the location of semen, not closely adjacent like other places, but arising from various limbs. For example, extracting juice from sugarcane, extracting fat from meat, and extracting cream from yogurt. Similarly, here too, this transformation should be understood. Again, why is this the first extraction of the remaining Sangha? Because it is not extracted from the end of the sexual organ, etc. In the Offering to the Attendant Sutra, someone asked: In how many ways does a monk extract semen to be called extraction? Because there are words such as "relying on the root tube," and from the words of distinction it is also said: "This word of extraction refers to immediate extraction." Because the desire to manifest immediately from the abiding place is the true abiding, not from the end of the sexual organ, because it is not there. Therefore, for other ways of extraction, the word "immediately" is meaningless. Because if there is no separate use, it is not a special union. Arising from the end of the sexual organ, desire is very strong, and practice is incomplete. Therefore, here, if it is said that this is a union with the entity, it is not, because just as it is not Brahmacharya, it is a union with the first. Other parts arising from there will also become entities in this way. Extracting relying on the root will also become an entity, therefore here it is considered a gross transgression. Who would have the desire to give to someone with the thought of experiencing individual pleasures, extracting for the sake of pursuing happiness? Who would want to practice extracting (semen) through mantras for the sake of pursuing wisdom, and with a smiling demeanor, become a wise person, thereby perfecting the practice? Who would extract and place it for the sake of pursuing wisdom? From hiding wounds...

In the state of youth, accomplishing beings with individual awareness. For the sake of medicine, for whom extracting semen can pacify diseases, is it by means of medicine or possessing other substances? For some, it is to manifest diligence in abandoning semen. For those who seek diligent practice, it is to accomplish the pure path, or wanting to have faith in the path, there will be doubts such as "Has my semen been extracted, or not?" Wanting to know whether one has truly produced semen, there will be doubts such as "Have I truly produced semen? Or not?" Being in a young stage, or being fatigued by women, etc., in each fallen state, there will be thoughts such as "What kind of state is my semen in?" and possessing corresponding merit. Wanting to know "What is my semen like?" by correctly using the method of happiness, there will be thoughts such as "My happiness is like this." Here, if one wants to practice the precepts of "Can I do it, or not?" by extracting semen through the ability or method of what is the cause of beings, and what is their nature, or "Have I practiced the method of extracting semen, or not?" Here, some may ask, what is the difference between having faults and being faultless, being complete and incomplete, and being very small, and not being a fault itself? Therefore, for the sake of happiness, knowledge mantras, seeds, medicine, and observation, there is no difference in observation, so it is said. By what method is it extracted? Therefore, it is said by means of touch. By what kind of touch? Therefore, it is said by means of effort, it is by rubbing through actions, etc., and not by being still. Here, the word is said to be effort. For those who tame, the monks grasp with the form of limbs, producing impure things, the Blessed One taught, the faults will become serious. By touching what? Therefore, it is said by means of the form of limbs, not by other aspects. By what is it touched? Therefore, it is said also by external means, not only by the inner self. Because it is counted as sentient beings. That is because of abiding in various forms, this is not
