Therefore, it is not the teacher himself who is being observed here. These two should not be referred to in any other way, namely the Khenpo and the teacher. The term "close recitation" refers to close recitation. Those who closely recite for the venerable ones, monks, and elders should perform the close recitation. For those who do not have a close reciter, when mentioning their name, one should not use the name of an elder for close recitation; this should be prohibited. The teacher should be addressed by the teacher himself, and the Khenpo should also be addressed by the Khenpo himself. Thus, one should not address others in this way, meaning that for individuals other than the Khenpo and the teacher, one should not use the titles of Khenpo and teacher for close address. When mentioning a name for a certain purpose, one should not mention the name of the Khenpo without explanation. "With explanation" refers to the title of the Khenpo. When mentioning a name for a certain purpose, one should use these words to mention the name of the Khenpo; it is not permissible without stating these words. "Immediately with explanation" here refers to the thought that arises when one thinks, "This is a reversed view," regarding which words. The ordination ceremony should be performed in the status of a novice monk. One should receive full ordination from the Sangha, just as one takes ordination and accepts the status of a novice monk, not from an individual, but rather one should receive full ordination from the Sangha. One should request the acting monk and the secret announcer who have become the Khenpo. "Having become the Khenpo" refers to the Khenpo himself residing separately during the full ordination. "To request" means to make a request. One should also request the secret announcer. The word "monk" is for the sake of the secret announcer, not for the sake of the acting monk. For the acting monk, since the ritual of action has already been proclaimed, he himself is already a monk. One should request the Khenpo, that is, to perform the full ordination in the midst of the Sangha. He himself thus rejoices in the Dharma.

It is said to bless the three robes. "That" refers to the Khenpo. The meaning of "oneself" is not at all like the ritual of opening the throat here, etc., but rather the meaning of doing this oneself. "To that" refers to receiving the Upasampadā ordination. For those with a Sangha, blessing through cutting and sewing is also possible. For those without, "other" should be understood from the base of the garment. Blessing is for the sake of the ritual, and it should be understood that the meaning of blessing is to distribute these immediately. The bowl should also be neither too small nor too large, neither too old nor too new, and should be shown to the Sangha. "Showing" refers to being related to the Sangha. Why show it? Because it is said neither too small nor too large, neither too old nor too new, in order to completely abandon these faults, it is not reasonable to bless in this way. Showing to the Sangha is to follow the better abiding. Everyone should say that it is not like that, but that the bowl is good, which refers to how the monks gather.
