It is obtained after borrowing. The so-called "extremely borrowed and then obtained" is a decline for the words of the upright. The so-called "complete combination" comes from requesting from others, meaning to completely combine in order to exhaust wealth. From this, it means not abandoning the seized property. The so-called "making completely walk" is said by others, meaning to accomplish walking from this and that. These two are no different, if something borrowed is stolen, then it is theft. If there is doubt about whether it is theft, when moving to another place, a serious crime will be committed. For a completely complete item, not creating failure should be understood as excessive. The question here is, if a monk temporarily denies and then steals, what offense is committed? If it is borrowed and then denied, a serious offense is committed. These two sometimes become root offenses, that is, when wanting to steal. If someone places something in front of a monk, what offense is committed if he denies it when he takes it away? A serious offense is committed. Sometimes it becomes a root offense, that is, when wanting to steal. The so-called "placing" is hiding, if it is simultaneous with the movement, or after the movement, or before the movement, then it is another combination. The so-called "placing" is slight, if the place where it is placed changes due to movement, and wanting to proceed simultaneously with the movement, or wanting to steal after the movement, then it is theft. However, if wanting to steal before the movement, denial is a combination, because that is the form of the thing itself. Even if there is denial, if wanting to steal due to interruption, it should not be considered not a combination. For the act of wanting to steal, denying before wanting to steal is the combination of combination. Therefore, that is the combination. Wanting to steal and denying. Here, hiding is stealing. The question here is, if someone places something in front of a monk, what offense is committed if he denies it when he takes it away? A serious offense will be committed. Sometimes it becomes a root offense, that is, when wanting to steal, and if the items are complete, it becomes a root offense. If the items are not complete,

Then it becomes a grave offense. If one conceals beforehand and later moves from the place, then the offense becomes grave at the time of concealment itself. If one moves from the place beforehand and the items are complete, then it changes in the end. If the items are not complete, then it becomes a grave offense, so it is said. Cutting off and killing happiness is wasting, meaning do not benefit elephants, horses, mules, cattle, and yaks, etc., cutting off water, and hiding is concealing. The so-called wasting means that it is included in the category of the word wasting. Here, cutting off happiness is a metaphor, and other harms should also be understood. The text here is, if one kills for the sake of not benefiting, then it becomes a grave offense. If one cuts off happiness for the sake of not benefiting, it also becomes a grave offense, so it is said. Splitting Shogam from the sky of the boundary also falls under the category of grave offense, meaning the sky related to the boundary, splitting Shogam from it falls under the category of grave offense. Whoever, being on the land within the boundary, exerts effort with the body, such as throwing weapons, etc.; or exerts effort with speech, such as reciting secret mantras, etc.; or exerts effort with the mind, such as manifesting magical powers, etc., if the action of Shogam is not established, and Shogam passes through some sky related to the body, there, even if items such as five mashakas are complete, it is still a grave offense. When a monk is in the sky, and on the land of the outer boundary, then there is no downfall there, one should understand what is contained here. The king's speech has power over the land, but not over the sky. Therefore, for those without intention, there is no fault on the land. Being carried away by magical powers, then there is no fault. This is being in the state of Shogam being split, done by secret mantras and medicine, and also the manifestation of magical powers born from karma here, also like this, because there is no manifestation, and it is not the field itself, for those who have a mind of disbelief, there is no downfall at all.
