The chapter called "Discernment" is complete, arising from the discernment of the occasion of becoming defeated by taking what is not given. One should not claim ownership by means other than giving, including holding, which refers to robbers plundering travelers, and at places such as cemeteries and stone vessels of divine water, for objects that have gone to be held, one should not say, "This is a pile of rags," by means other than giving. One should not claim ownership by means such as saying, "This is mine," because it is the result of reaching the stone vessel of divine water that I have erected. The meaning is that it is not to be taken as one's own. One should not take back what has been claimed as one's own, which means that wealth that does not belong to oneself, made in one's own name, stolen or abandoned, especially what has been claimed as one's own there, that is, taking separately, and what is obtained by the actions of selling, this is known as not being claimed as one's own. "One should not take back" does not prohibit buying, nor does it prohibit a friend entrusting a gift, nor does it prohibit giving and receiving. Therefore, acting by force is trustworthy. Here, the ritual for entering with one's own understanding is this: because for things that are without fault, they have become something else. Here, the scriptures also say that what a monk has already claimed as his own should not be taken back,

The statement "Do not accuse without the presence of the assembly" means that if unpleasant or unseemly things occur, such as saying "This person killed this person" or "This person stole this thing," if it is indeed true, then it is indeed true. The meaning is that one should not accuse or blame without the assembly having witnessed it. The appearance of the unholy in the presence of the assembly is not the occasion. Here, the scripture speaks of "the severed pig's head." The statement "The corpse's belongings taken by non-humans are not considered completely untouched" means that if anything belonging to a corpse is taken by non-humans, one should not think, "This is considered completely untouched." If one steals it, the offense is very serious, and this is the meaning of this sentence. The statement "One should follow after the extremely fierce one" means that in order to avoid harm caused by non-humans, one should follow after the extremely fierce one. The statement "When placing the corpse face down, one should cover it starting from the feet" refers to the corpse. Here, too, in order to completely avoid excessive closeness, one should not take clothes from an uninjured corpse. The statement "One should not injure it oneself, nor allow others to injure it" applies the word "corpse" to both situations. In short, one should freely use dwelling places, toothpicks, water, clay, dung, and earth. Here, cow dung is considered for purposes such as smearing, but not as clay. Here, the scripture says that wherever a monk resides, these five things should be freely used: toothpicks, water, clay, dung, and earth. The statement "If a monk or novice does not wish to be taken away by relatives, they should be protected" refers to siblings, children, or wives, etc. If they do not wish to be taken away, the monk should protect them. Here, the scripture says that one should ask whose hand he is being held by. If he says, "I am being held by my former wife," then he should not let go. If he says, "You are holding me,"

If you say "no," it's like wanting a wife more than an idea, so let it go. In short, for all ordained people who have not broken their precepts and have pure conduct, it is reasonable to do this. Therefore, the vows of a monk must be kept. This is a chapter on subtle points. The so-called "Kaka Ni Four Lama Shaka," of which "Kaka Ni" refers to "Bodhi Ka," which is the name for the value of twenty shells. "Kaka Ni Four Lama Shaka," that is, twenty sections, in order to show the self-nature of the words to be explained, so this sutra is said. Because here, "Masha Ka" is a section, and to say it correctly is to understand all the remaining of "Karshapana." In order to fully understand it, measure it by stealing one-fourth of the final result. It is said in the sutra that five itself is an example of one-fourth of "Karshapana." The "five Masha Kas" etc. mentioned in the separate sutra should be understood as one-fourth of "Karshapana" being an example. One-fourth of "Karshapana" is the failure of theft. Therefore, what place and time should it be based on to understand? Therefore, it is said in the sutra that it should be based on the place where there are twenty sections. It means that in which place and time, the section of "Karshapana" is twenty "Masha Kas," relying on that place, five "Masha Kas" themselves are this example. Distinguishing its calculation from the place and time of theft to be explained, the meaning of time and place should be understood. The so-called "five itself" is an example, therefore, the section needs "Masha Ka." Then, in "Nana Ka," this section is proposed like this: if "Nana Ka" does not fall between five "Masha Kas," then the final one-fourth of "Kaka Ni Sama Shaka," that is, the "Nana Ka" of twenty sections. Here, "Karshapana" itself is said with the word "Nana Ka," like this: for any proposer, "Masha Ka" is proposed with "Nana Ka" itself, and "Karshapana" is proposed with a section. It is said in the sutra, what kind of "Nana Ka" is used to steal, and the "Karshapana" which is close to twenty, symbolized by "Kaka Ni Four," is used to steal five "Masha Kas," and will eventually fall. Here some people
