This ritual is about all natures such as wood and vessels. The so-called "constant aspect" is also like that, stealing itself is stealing here. The so-called "directly, even if it becomes invisible in front of others," means that it becomes invisible directly in front of others. At that time, this invisibility itself is stealing. The so-called "from that other itself, reaching there," means that the other's front itself becomes invisible, and obtaining the other's front is stealing. The so-called "from the reversal of constancy, exceeding the boat's mooring place," means that from the reversal of constancy stealing, exceeding the boat's mooring place is stealing. Because of the reversal of constancy, this does not have the walking itself. Because it is reversed from the cause of the boat's going, it does not conform to walking. In the form of the shore walking on the plain, it is not truly walking itself. Therefore, for those who have the nature of moving to another place, here it is established as the form of stealing. It is just from the mooring place of the boat itself. For this, because it is not the object of complete going, one should know this "place without remainder." For those without a mooring place, one should understand that "this is merely occupying a position." For the end of all the actions of others, releasing water or stopping water, if for the sake of achieving the end of one's own actions, except for increase, because of desiring to become other there, it is releasing or stopping water. The so-called "for that" is for the meaning of the end of one's own actions. The so-called "except for increase" is the difference of achievement. Achievement other than increase is stealing. In order to show why the difference of "except for increase" is, it is said "another," that is, from achievement, what is another. In order to rely on this support of "what is failure, what is this failure," it is said "the end of the actions of others." Because what is the necessity that there is failure at the end of the actions of others, and the achievement of the end of one's own actions is stealing, therefore it is said "because of desiring there." In order to destroy others, in order to achieve oneself, because there is such a thought. Just because there is such a thought, there is the destruction of others, and one has achievement, stealing releasing or stopping water, therefore it is said

If there is water to prevent the entry of one's own fields, and there is water to let water into the fields of others. However, if water is scarce, water is let into one's own fields, and if the fields of others are prevented, if others do so with the thought of being harmed, then whoever's field is completed, that is the meaning of stealing. For the constantly flowing direction, letting water and preventing water should be attributed to the completion of the fields. Here, in a place where grain is abundant, one abides in the state of stealing. It is not right to say that letting water or preventing water from one's own fields does not constitute stealing. If one is satisfied and there is no harm to others, then even a slight stealing is impossible. This must be made clear, and achieving oneself and harming others must also rely on the principle of being fully established on harming others. After doing "another," there is no thought of punishment, and it is not generating stealing. Similarly, it must be made clear what is punishment and what is harm for this. Hoping to achieve oneself and harm others, one relies on the words of wanting to harm others, and therefore does "hoping there." Observing how much one cuts off from others, that is how much one steals, therefore one does "except for generating." If one accomplishes by means of the merits of a field that does not generate harm to others, then it should be attributed to not being stealing. For thieves, if one gives a share for the purpose of making them understand the road to go there, then the experience of relying on the road of stealing is the road experience, that is, going there from such and such a road. Entering in this way, and so on. For that purpose, it is for the purpose of obtaining a share. For thieves, that is, for robbers, if one does something to make them understand the road experience for the purpose of stealing, then whatever is obtained from them is a share of stealing. This is promising to obtain a share from the thief, taking away the stolen goods separately from the thief. Therefore, because one belongs to the thief gang, it is stealing. For one's own benefit, also taking a share from it.
