It is impossible to create theft by entrusting and returning those things. Any arrangement for half the price, if I have not separated the operation of the item, it should be known that it has not been thoroughly considered here. Those who do not know the term say that the manager is the master, and those who know the term are able to speak worldly terms. The item belonging to its lineage is the one who knows the term. Those who do not know the term are not, like the ornaments of birds. Even if there is something belonging to the lineage of those who do not know the term, anyone who is considered a manager and is considered "I" will become the master. Here, It is similar to having no owner, therefore, the manager's clinging to "I" truly exists in tangible things, therefore, being considered the master here is like the bird ornaments of those birds, therefore, for the birds, this is also the master. If both are masters, then it should be known that due to the power of concepts, downfall is distinguished. Therefore, the text here is: If someone thinks that these birds are not stolen from people, and should be valued from people, etc., then that is what is said. Without human ownership, a failed combination is impossible. For things given for food and drink, there is no connection with intention, therefore, on the path of the monastery, giving a share of water to animals, because it is not distinguished by concept, that is the reason. Because for the purpose of food and drink, giving water etc. to animal groups etc., this giving is related to the idea of "this is mine", and relies on this idea, which is non-existent. Therefore, only animals are the masters. The text here is: In this case, the value of the animals' share of water should be assessed by the animals, from which arises not giving. For deer, birds, snakes, and lizards, etc., caught by forest fires, etc., not having a trap is not the master, for deer, etc., chased by hunters, etc. with fire

Because of seizing with methods such as nets, for those who are diligent, if among them there is no diligent one, then diligence itself becomes their master, and not non-diligence. To seize with a stealing mind means the thing is called a stolen object. Mentioning deer and so on is just an example here; this ritual should also be applied to humans and livestock. Because it also exists for the owner and what belongs to the owner, for the arising of the owner, it should be combined with 'together with the owner.' For what is not distinguished, it is said to distinguish from the basis, which means for what is not distinguished whether it is with the owner or not, if it exists, where is the treasure? For seizing other objects, it is distinguished from consciousness. If that object is with the owner, then it is the fault of being with the owner. If not, then the fault of arising without an owner and so on arises. The value depends on the place and time of the theft, which means the distinction of value begins to function. The place and time of the theft, where the distinction of value is made, and when, at that time, committing a transgression with that value, the meaning of distinction is like that. For what is not thought of, there is no transgression, which means, for some object, one does not intend to steal it, or even if it belongs to someone, one thinks: I will steal it, thus stealing due to confusion, one will not commit a transgression because of that. Even so, the close attendant asked: Venerable, if a monk steals a clothes rack with a stealing mind, if there are also robes attached to it, what offense is committed? The value of the clothes rack should be calculated. Because those robes are not intended to be stolen, therefore the number based on it is not mentioned. To make others aware with one's own, contemptuous, and deluded mind, there is no transgression in taking it, which is related to 'if there is no stealing mind, there is no transgression.' One's own mind, contemptuous mind, and deluded mind are one's own, contemptuous, and deluded mind. By seizing with these, there is no stealing mind.
