If it is said that separately relying on pure conduct will ultimately lead to downfall, then this has been summarized here. The word "also" is to indicate the absence of the meaning of "reproach," it is a subsequent meaning. The connection where the middle of the place to be relied upon is separated, it is also like that for the non-obvious places. For the obvious places, the following word is the meaning of "Ro," which means that after the obvious, all connections are obvious, that is the immediate sequence. Where the connection is obvious, the root there is coarse here. Where it is coarse, there is a minor offense here. Where there is a minor offense, it will become subtle, that is the meaning. Taking the coarse as the main thing refers to castrated hairless beings such as pigs, this is to show that the coarse is the main thing, so first the phrase "taking the coarse as the main thing" was said. "Apart from that, it should be said" refers to being related to the previous phrase "taking the coarse as the main thing." Here, wrongly thinking that the coarse is not the antidote to pervasive conduct, nor is it anything else, following this, for minor offenses and others, it is decay. The place of wounds, whichever is not artificial, this is therefore to be reproached. The word "hairless," here because it is like human skin, so there is no reproach for hairlessness itself, this is to dispel pervasive imputation, it is not to show that there is no reproach for having hair itself. The word "etcetera" here is for detailed distinction and summarization. Therefore, for hairy animals, one should measure with this. The scripture here is: "Therefore, for all those born in the birthplace of animals, they should all be included." The place of the severed head refers to that single one here that is mainly coarse. For the paths of leakage and excretion, it is what causes defeat. In order to speak without distinction, for all that is related to the mouth. "The place to be relied upon" and "the one who can rely" are the two bodies that are separated, referring to the mouth and the path of excretion and others, and relying on the female organ etc., the correct union of the male organ separated from the body, for one's own male organ and one's own oral path and path of excretion, for a Bhikshuni it is the female organ.

Therefore, for one's own proper union, it also falls under the category of gross offense. The other two situations, if one unites with the other two or with another, that is to say, for those not separated from the body, whether it is being relied upon by others, relying on others, or men, women, hermaphrodites, and any other appropriate situations of relying on or being relied upon, for proper union, it also falls under the category of gross offense. Similarly, it is also said elsewhere: If one cuts and enters a woman's perineum, what will one obtain? Therefore, the gross offense is mentioned. It is said in the sutra, if one exerts effort on a woman's perineum, what offense will one commit? Therefore, it is mentioned that exerting effort on another's excretory organ in the form of another's limb, this is a gross offense. Furthermore, if some monks exert effort on the excretory organ with the excretory organ, will they not commit an offense? The Buddha said: Ultimately, they will commit an offense. Cutting and exerting effort on a woman's perineum, or cutting both and entering, will all commit a gross offense. The remaining parts should be understood by following these, these sutras are done in this way. Other bodily cut orifices, that is to say, other orifices besides the three wounds, such as artificially created ones like cutting open the vulva with a knife, and those naturally arising from the body such as non-diseases, or those that are initially present, whether the body is cut or uncut, do not fall under the category of gross offense. It is said in the sutra: If one cuts open the body and exerts effort in the form of a limb, what offense will one commit? The answer is: One will commit a gross offense. Furthermore, if the head is cut off and one enters the second end, will one commit an offense? The answer is: One will commit a gross offense, this is the summary here. For hermaphrodites without vaginas who should be relied upon, it is also the same. For bodily cut orifices, it is also the same, this is to repeat what was said earlier, so the word "also" is used. The so-called "vagina" refers to the size of the area where the male organ can be inserted, like this, the vagina has not been severed, hermaphrodites who can be relied upon, for bodily cut orifices, also fall under the category of gross offense. Merely the association, the failure mentioned here, should be understood through the word vagina.
