If a close attendant, once having taken the full ordination, even if they individually know they are a householder, it is said that they have not taken the full ordination. Then, when taking the full ordination, what need is there to mention it? This is said. This is mostly the case when requesting the basis of ordination. From the "Vinaya Commentary, Self-Explanation," the basis of ordination is completed. That which is done by the impairment of nature is not a dedication. That which is done by the impairment of nature is indeed done by the impairment of nature. From the dedication, whatever is done by the impairment of nature is not a dedication. The impairment of nature is called impairment from terminology. The impairment of nature itself arises in three ways: madness, mental distraction, and being tormented by suffering. The meaning of "not" in that is that whatever dedication is done to a person with impaired nature is not a dedication. This is not reasonable in terminology. If it is said here that it is "not" for a mute person, then whatever dedication is done to them is not a dedication. One who cannot speak in any way is considered mute here. Whatever understanding is done for them is not entered through understanding. Saying "not" for non-human beings refers to gods and emanations, etc. Saying "not" for non-understanding itself includes those such as the foolish, the deaf, and those in meditative absorption. Because the foolish and the deaf are included, this is seeing other causes. Therefore, for those who cannot understand and hear in any way, it is considered that desire abides for the foolish and the deaf. For anyone who closely dedicates, understanding itself is implicitly understood here. Saying "not secluded" means that even if poverty is done with the perception of seclusion or the perception of non-seclusion, that is not a dedication. Therefore, in the case of dependence, it becomes like entering the realm of the mute with the perception of seclusion, which is the order of doing everything. Saying "not perceiving as secluded" refers to non-secluded.
