That which is called "it does not arise from its place of origin" means that if the name of the Sangha is not mentioned by either the one who receives the vows or the one who performs the karma, then "from its place of origin" means that the discipline of that kind of Sangha's place of origin does not arise. Here, the basis is that because it is the one who receives the vows, there are three types of people who are not fully ordained, namely, not mentioning one's own name, not mentioning the name of the preceptor, and not knowing whether one has been fully ordained. This is what the Buddha said. Because of the one who performs the karma, the basis is this: if the names of the preceptor, the one who seeks full ordination, and the Sangha are not mentioned, then is it called fully ordained or not fully ordained? The Buddha taught: it should be called not fully ordained. Not being an individual who is close means this: whoever is taken here, the one who receives the vows speaks his own name. This is an individual who is close to the Sangha, not one who is subsequently taken, namely, not mentioning the name of the Sangha. Whatever the karma performer has properly taken, because he has promised its object, he does not do it. Whatever the promise of the Sangha and the one who performs the Sangha's actions, he does not do it. Whatever preceptor whose name has not been mentioned by the karma performer should also promise to the one who performs the Sangha's actions, because in any karma, the one who performs the Sangha's actions should be known, namely, doing a karma different from that. Whatever the one who receives the vows speaks the name of the preceptor, from there, whatever acts together with the preceptor is individually close because of its object. Therefore, without mentioning these names, the discipline will not arise. That which is called "it also does not arise on the emblems of householders and non-Buddhists" refers to those who have emblems and those who are individually complete, namely, those who have the emblems of householders and the emblems of non-Buddhists. Here, it refers to a collection of many meanings. Whoever has the emblem of a householder and whoever has the emblem of a non-Buddhist is called having the emblem of a householder and having the emblem of a non-Buddhist. Whoever holds these emblems

No vows arise, here "victory banner" means convenience. No vows arise for naked women, cohabitation, and women with poisonous names, which is related to "no vows arise." Because from truly taking up, the victory banner of naked heretics has already been covered. The words of naked women, abandoning other meanings, with extreme attachment to the mind, at that time and place, therefore no vows arise. The cohabitation itself, without stability for it, therefore no vows arise. Here the teachings of women with poisonous names are: Suppose a monk gives full ordination to a woman with a poisonous name, should it be said that full ordination has been given, or that full ordination has not been given? The answer is: It should be said that full ordination has been given, but those who give full ordination will commit a serious transgression. A woman with a poisonous name refers to one who, when previously united with someone, causes the man to die. Not admitting punishment contrary to the cause, for those expelled from the Sangha, no vows arise either, which refers to having views, being free from doubts, For those with such intention, vows arise. Therefore, for not seeing transgressions, etc., by what cause the act of expelling from the Sangha is done, not admitting the opposite of that cause, etc., no vows arise either. Here, mentioning expulsion from the Sangha is just an example, for all punishments the ritual is the same, for those with the intention of fighting, etc., it is also because of having the intention of not turning back. If there are no previous words, then it is only a misdeed. If one does not have the lay vows and claims to be a novice, or does not have the novice vows and claims to be a monk, then it is only a misdeed, it will not be that no vows arise. Here the teachings are: If a householder who has not renounced is given full ordination, should it be said that full ordination has been given, or that full ordination has not been given? The answer is: The close relatives have been given full ordination, but those who give full ordination will commit the transgression of a misdeed. It is the same for not requesting an Acharya. It is the same for not asking about obstacles, here both are misdeeds, but it is not that no vows arise, which is related to the previous text. Finished.
