That which is called "existing" is so named. The so-called "previously ordained one," from "Are you not the second name?" to "Are you not the previously ordained one?" should be asked of someone who is close to the meaning of ordination. The so-called "this has no nature of arising," one should understand this principle here. The basis of ordination, detailed rules, and other chapters. Non-human beings and those whose northern language is discordant are not fields of discipline. The so-called "Non-human beings and those whose northern language is discordant are not fields of discipline" means that those born from beings other than humans, and even if they are humans, but whose northern language is discordant, are not fields of discipline, because these two cannot generate discipline. The so-called "nor is it one who has changed names three times" is connected to "not a field of discipline." Whoever has changed names three times cannot generate discipline. The so-called "for the first two, there is no loss" means that for those who have changed their names for the first and second time after receiving the discipline, the discipline will not be lost. This second part of the ritual is quoted from the detailed rules. The so-called "arises at the time of receiving" means that at the time of correctly receiving the discipline, even if the name is changed at that time, the discipline will still arise. Here the text asks: If one who wishes to receive the Bhikshu ordination changes his name, should it be said that he has received the Bhikshu ordination, or that he has not received the Bhikshu ordination? The answer is: It should be said that he has received the Bhikshu ordination, because the Bhikshuni needs to receive the Bhikshu ordination from the Bhikshu, so she needs to find the object of the Bhikshuni. This change of name of a man is only an example. Otherwise, this ritual is actually without doubt. The so-called "one who has received the full ordination is the view of holding the full ordination," because it is unreasonable to gather Bhikshus before the completion. The so-called "like one who is complete, even without a Khenpo," means that just as one who has a complete Khenpo can generate discipline, even without a Khenpo, discipline can arise. Even if one has not yet received full ordination.

To know, even if that abbot has already received the full ordination of a monk, the vows that possess an abbot will still arise. If it is known that he is not a monk, then it will not arise, meaning that if the one who bestows the vows knows that the abbot has not received the full ordination or has broken his vows, then the vows that possess an abbot will definitely not arise. Here the question is, if the one who wishes to receive the full ordination discovers that the abbot has engaged in theft, should it be said that he has received the full ordination or not? The answer is: If one knows that one's abbot has engaged in theft, then one should know that one has not received the full ordination. If one does not know, then one should say that one has received the full ordination. It is like when a transgression has occurred before, or something similar. First, whether one is distracted should be known by the abbot who is a householder. If vows can arise even without an abbot, then why, knowing that this person is not a monk, does he not become unqualified? Why does the thought of knowing the lack of qualifications arise, and the thought of disrespecting the vows arise? Why does one not truly seek the vows? If one says that vows arise because of this, that is not correct. As long as one knows that the abbot himself is not a monk, then there is no contradiction in vows arising here. If one says that vows can arise even if the abbot himself has not received the full ordination, that is according to the view of the Sangha. The Sangha knows that vows arise for those who have not truly received the full ordination, not because they appear to have received the full ordination. Therefore, vows will not arise even if one renounces, because the gate of vows itself is the abbot, so if one is poor and renounces, vows will not arise. Here the question is, if the one who receives the full ordination later renounces the abbot, should it be said that he has received the full ordination or not? The answer is: It should be said that he has not received the full ordination. If the names of these two are not spoken, vows will not arise either, meaning that if the field and the abbot, when bestowing the vows, or those who perform the actions, do not speak the names, vows will not arise. Even if it is the Sangha...
