It is said that there is no downfall in entering (a certain state) without speaking. Those who dwell in other places and agree with the views of others should also add the word "no." It should be understood that different things lead to falling into other aspects, becoming the views of others. Here, the scripture says that dwelling in other places and entering the sky without speaking, there is no downfall. The scripture also says that living with various people and companions, there is no downfall in entering (a certain state) without talking to them. Similarly, living with non-humans who have renounced and taken full ordination, there is no downfall in entering (a certain state) without talking to them. Living with those who have previously fallen, initially had conflicts, are in a state of theft, have expelled nuns, have had final falls, there is no downfall in entering (a certain state) without talking to them. Therefore, it is said that living with other ascetics and Brahmins, there is no downfall in entering (a certain state) without asking them. It should be understood that this includes monks and nuns living among those who have taken full ordination. There is no downfall with magical powers (Sanskrit: ṛddhi, Devanagari: ऋद्धि, Romanization: ṛddhi, literal meaning: magical powers). The word "is" here has a special meaning for entering the city. Here, this "is" does not mean non-existence. This word is added to complete the composition of the scripture. Here, the scripture says that if you enter the sky with magical powers, even if you don't speak, there is no downfall. Going at an inappropriate time leads to downfall. So, what leads to the downfall of wandering in the village? Therefore, it is mentioned to go to the residence of the layman etc. at an inappropriate time. This refers to the ritual specifically excluded by the phrase "abiding without talking to the monks." It means that even if you abide talking to the monks, going to the residence of the layman etc. at an inappropriate time will lead to downfall. Is it just this? Therefore, in this sentence, when inviting the Sangha, if the patron is not informed not to delay the offering due to future reasons, etc.

It is also said that "it is also so," and when the Sangha is invited with this sentence, it is admonished in this way: Do not stop distributing food because of my future. The donor of that food is the donor, and if he goes to the third house, etc. without his permission, then, whatever is said in that kind of situation, there will also be a fault here. Because of the precepts of the practitioner and obstacles such as life, there is no fall for those who violate them, and this should be understood by implication. If the sun itself and the time of performing Uposatha are always dominated by this Dharma and hindered, then, from the basis of discussion, the food distributed later is given separately, not the remainder of various food rituals. Here, making differences is inconsistent, because it is true, and when going there later, it will become the root of downfall. Therefore, it is said that the fourth house and so on and the third house and so on, meaning that it is not the fourth house and the third house. With the idea of cutting off food, for each person It should be known that there are other downfalls here. It is the downfall of going to the village. The so-called "knowing as the main thing" is the person who mainly knows. What is known? Therefore, it is said that "when it is not dawn," what is said is that the beginning of the day is the appearance of dawn, and if it is said that before dawn is the end of the night, then is it established here in the same way? No, therefore, what is said here is that the last dawn has not appeared, the red and whitish color is the last dawn, and when it has not appeared, it is when it is not dawn here, and when it appears, it is when it is dawn, that is the meaning. For those jewels that have not been robbed or those that are said to be jewels, whatever is narrated here only as Dharma, that is in the state of no light, and probably some special distinctions are created here. In order to indicate what should be abandoned, this is indicated. Not being robbed itself is not a branch that produces downfall, so this is used to summarize it. Under what circumstances
