What offense is committed if one rises from the seat and departs, without speaking to the monks present? The attendant said that it is an offense of wrong-doing. To say that one also commits wrong-doing in actions that are not in accordance with the Dharma means that one commits wrong-doing in the actual situation of these actions that are not in accordance with the Dharma. Here, some commentaries on the text say that if one leaves while doing something that is not in accordance with the Dharma, one commits wrong-doing. The statement that one does not commit an offense if one wishes not to go beyond the scope of what has been heard is to exclude the previously mentioned case of committing wrong-doing in front. Here, the commentary on the text says that from the time of making a request to going to the toilet or coming back, even if one does not speak to the monks present, there is no offense as long as one does not completely abandon the scope of what has been heard. Here, in the previous case, there is no offense as long as one does not abandon the scope of what has been heard. If one abandons it, one will definitely fall. Going away without speaking is a cause of falling. So, what kind of disrespect leads to falling? Therefore, if one is disrespectful to the instructions regarding sitting, walking, dwelling, accepting monasteries, speaking, etc., without subduing oneself with a whip, but instead acts contrary to them, that is, not sitting, not walking, not accepting dwellings, not accepting monasteries, not speaking. The word "etc." refers to the meaning of closely gathering things that are in accordance with the Dharma from these remaining things. Even with an unchanging mind, one is inconsistent, and even with a whip, it is the same. For example, being very respectful but inconsistent is not because one sees the fear of wrongdoing. It is not just a request that is not in accordance with the Dharma, but even a request that is in accordance with the Dharma is not disrespectful, so it should not be considered disrespectful. Therefore, the term "disrespectful" is a distinction. From the perspective of respect, sometimes there is no request made that is in accordance with the Dharma, but here, even if there is no request made for the Dharma, it will be given. The intention is this: because there is confusion about both, the offense is complete.

Not unique, as there is no other option. Therefore, both terms should be used. If one does not request, there is no disrespect, and vice versa. If there is no respect, one should not grant a request, otherwise it constitutes misconduct. In this way, one can understand this. If one acts contrary to the purpose of closeness, what kind of downfall does it cause? Therefore, a Bhikshu has primary responsibility to the Sangha, while it constitutes misconduct towards the Khenpo and teacher. The text also mentions teachings that are not in accordance with the Dharma. This means that if a Bhikshu violates the Sangha's teachings, and these teachings are not in accordance with the Dharma, it also constitutes misconduct. Here, the text asks: Venerable Bhikshus, when Bhikshus or elders are determining teachings that are in accordance with the Dharma, if someone suddenly interrupts the conversation, does it constitute a downfall? The answer is yes. For example, if elders are talking about things that are not in accordance with the Dharma, and new Bhikshus are talking about things that are in accordance with the Dharma and suddenly interrupt, it constitutes misconduct. Interrupting the conversation means violating the teachings, thus leading to a downfall. This is clear from the story. The black elephant driver's son thought that he should not leave at the end of the conversation, but should remain respectful and refute. The text also mentions that new Bhikshus suddenly interrupting elders talking about things that are not in accordance with the Dharma constitutes a downfall. The Sangha's terminology is its mouth. This means that the Sangha's terminology is the Sangha's mouth, therefore, any teaching of the Sangha is the Sangha's teaching, i.e., the Sangha's terminology. The Buddha is similar to the Sangha, which means that disrespect towards the Buddha leads to complete transgression. Here, the text mentions that the words of Shariputra's five sons do not produce any effect. Therefore, this sutra is complete.
