Clothes should be covered with flax grass and leaves, etc. When distributing food, the best, medium, and worst food should be distributed separately, meaning that these foods to be distributed should be distributed separately and not mixed together. Delicious mangoes should be picked out and distributed separately, and the previous sutra is for equal distribution. These are not old, so this distinction should not be made based on old, young, and middle-aged people. The share of food to be distributed should be determined by the Khenpo or Acharya. If what is not obtained is obtained, it is because of sitting next to it, meaning that if the Khenpo or Acharya distributes food, it is unreasonable to obtain what is not obtained, because it is not from another place, so it should be accepted. Here, the scripture is what the Blessed One said: The share of food to be distributed should be determined by the Khenpo and Acharya. After they have obtained the good, the Blessed One said: Those who sit next to them should enjoy it. If there are many people, how much can they take without exceeding the seat? It means that for whose benefit, take it in the nearest place, and for those many people, enjoy as much as they can take without exceeding the seat, because it is connected to the nearest place, so it should be taken. If it is rolled up, can it be taken without exceeding one's own position, and is the giving and receiving not damaged? It means that if the food given and received is rolled up and rolled from the original place to another place, if it can be taken without exceeding the seat, then the giving and receiving is not damaged, otherwise it is damaged. Even if it is touched by worms and ants, etc., it means that the giving and receiving is not damaged. The sound of etc. includes tiny creatures as small as newborn birds. If the Bhikshu does not give up, others can touch it, meaning that if the Bhikshu does not give up what he holds, even if it is touched by other things such as worms and ants, the giving and receiving is not damaged. Here, the scripture is what the Blessed One said: Give and receive it yourself, and distribute it there, and then eat it. Yes. The mouse destroyed

That which is called 'doing' means that touching by a mouse destroys giving and receiving. Here, in the scriptures, it is like this: after bees, ants, and mice have fallen, the Blessed One taught, 'What has been touched by mice and other mouse-owners should be given and received, and then eaten.' That which is called 'the power of giving and receiving after giving and receiving is unreasonable' is to dispel the doubt of 'has it not been touched? Or has it not been given and received?' Giving and receiving again after giving and receiving is not unreasonable. That which is called 'knowing as the main thing' is the one who makes thought the main thing. To whom is the one who makes thought the main thing? Therefore, it is to the one to whom giving and receiving has not been shown. It is said, 'Except for water and toothpicks, it is to be eaten,' meaning that it is for what is to be eaten except for water and toothpicks. Here, the mentioning of water and toothpicks is just an example, and it should be understood that this also includes the water for rinsing the mouth in the morning, and dry and wet feces. Moreover, for the sake of food for rinsing the mouth, there is no fault in the toothpick itself, but it is not so if it is not in the throat. There, swallowing into the throat without giving and receiving will only become a downfall. It should also be known that whatever is eaten from the part of the throat that has become different from the mouth will become a misdeed. Even for what is without form, it can be eaten by the mind, and thus, touching and thinking with the mind is expressed by the food itself. Whatever food nourishes these minds should be endeavored. Therefore, in order to show the difference, it is mentioned 'in the mouth.' If one follows what, then one becomes its doer? Therefore, it is mentioned 'eaten.' Is it like this in all places? Therefore, it is mentioned 'except for Uttarakuru,' here it is said that except for Uttarakuru, in other places, one eats from the mouth without giving. If one blesses during the time of Uttarakuru, there is no downfall. If one does not bless, then it is a misdeed, so it is said.
