Said "So". Here, if it is true that they are Stream-enterers, Once-returners, Non-returners, and Arhats, there is no downfall. If it is true that they are holders of the Sutras, holders of the Vinaya, and holders of the Matrikas, there is no downfall." Thus it was said. If it is said to be the one who is being persuaded, then it is for those who have not been invited as guests. It is said, "Even if invited, it is excessive." If it is said that even if invited as a guest, it is excessive to persuade, then how can there be a downfall there? In any case, here the situation is that many monks have been invited to other people's homes as guests. There, some monks did not come and asked, "Which monks did you invite? The names are so-and-so and so-and-so." "What kind of food was offered? Food that triples the increase." "It is not allowed, because those monks are Stream-enterers." And so on, here the downfall is explained in detail, and so on, so these were said. Even if one has already been invited, if the patron has not thought of it and persuades to offer, then that should not be eaten. Because even for those who have been invited, there is no difference in persuading to offer what has not been thought of. If it is said to be the one who is being persuaded, then it is therefore for food. If it is said, "With what kind of qualities?" Then it is therefore with the perfection of practice. It is said, "Hearing that is also acceptable." Because from the hearing that has become the means of perfecting practice, from the qualities that arise from that kind of hearing, such as being skilled in dancing, music, etc., and not from others. One should follow these and recognize them as misdeeds. The perfection of practice is the Stream-enterer and so on. Hearing that is hearing that and conforming to it. Persuading to alms is of two kinds: persuading with discipline and persuading with hearing. There, for what is said with discipline, one should not think that it contradicts this word of practice. Because here, all the actions of the noble ones are called discipline. Therefore,

For those who enter (the Sangha) and so on, it is necessary to understand in order. Saying "If this follower is the author himself," is to show the nature of what is eaten, so saying "That is when it is swallowed," what is eaten is truly eaten when it is swallowed. Saying "If someone wants" has no meaning here. Saying "To do for others is to be blamed," means that a Bhikshuni arranges for others, and others eat, which is a misdeed. The text here is that if one knows that it is arranged for others and still eats, then it is a misdeed. If one does not know, there is no downfall, this is what is said. For someone who does not have their own precepts, how is it like approaching harm in some way, but it is not like that for the precepts of others. Because this is also the case, one should know this. Saying "When entering alms begging, saying 'Give a little' is also okay," means that if one says "Give a little" like this, then one has done something that should be blamed. Why say "Give a little"? Therefore, it is said "When begging for alms." If asked under what circumstances one will fall, therefore it is said "When entering," and added "When begging for alms." "In the house" should be understood by implication. In short, it means that entering a house to beg for alms will lead to a downfall, and saying "Give a little" is also something that should be blamed. Here, the text that must be confessed first is that if a Bhikshu enters alms begging, then a Bhikshuni says to a patron, "Give this Bhikshu some food," and if that Bhikshu accepts and eats it, what crime will he commit? He will commit a misdeed, this is what is said. Asking about the reason for the arrangement is just a word, therefore, the transgression associated with this, is associated with this, this is what is said here. The cause of downfall arranged by a Bhikshuni. // In other people's houses, one should also accept invitations and accept food. Saying the word "also" is to show that not only in monasteries, but also in other people's houses is it okay. Residence not
