He said, "Why have you become a monk among these Shakya's sons, thieves? Come, let's go." Saying this, he grabbed him and took him home. Thus, falsely accusing someone of being a thief is a fault here, but there is no fault for someone from afar. For those who dwell in their own places, there is a fault for what they do after hearing about it, so there is a possibility of committing a fault even after coming, so it is briefly said that it is the same for someone from afar. It is permissible for the Sangha to give food to someone who wants to become a monk, but the word "permissible" is not definite, but it is to show that it also includes those monks. Asking "Did your parents allow you?", the phrase "except for someone from afar", the meaning of "Did you allow?" is "Isn't it you?", this is its place, and the phrase "except for someone from afar" is additionally added at the end of the word "asking". Therefore, the sentence is "Did your parents allow you?". From "for the purpose of becoming a monk" etc., until the parents have not allowed it, he should not be ordained or given full ordination, except for someone from afar. For someone who comes, ask "Are you not sick?", this should be understood according to the purpose of becoming a monk. For "Do you not have any illness?", the word "also okay" is related to the question here. This indicates that either of the two should be said. In the difference of full ordination, the word "oh" is completely related to the phrase "to be asked". For the body of men, these qualities that harm the body are like this, such as leprosy and sores, etc., with various differences,

I am the affair of the many monks who are guided as novices. Therefore, this is the word of the many. The so-called "use up to the point of punishment" refers to those who do not accept the punishment of reversing causality. Everything shown from this point onward should be understood under the authority of "use." All of these are related to use. The so-called "this also does not have the nature of arising" means that here, for things that perish, such as snakes, the word "also" is the meaning of association derived from the word "above." The so-called "one with such signs should be expelled," where "such" refers to one who does not possess the Dharma of arising. "One with signs" refers to one who has been ordained or has received full ordination. For one who dwells in a household, the Sangha will not expel him because of following worldly ideas. Now, I will explain what is related to use, etc. The so-called "is it an illusion?" refers to asking those who come for ordination, "Are you not an illusion?" Even those who give full ordination will not let him ordain or receive full ordination. The so-called "this does not have the nature of arising, one with such signs should be expelled." Similarly, it should also be applied to other situations such as hermaphrodites. Hermaphrodite. The so-called "that is five kinds," where "that" refers to hermaphrodite. What are the five? Born as one, half-month, rising after contact, jealous, and decayed. The so-called "born hermaphrodite" refers to one who is born neither a woman nor a man. The so-called "half-month" refers to a hermaphrodite who is sometimes like a woman and sometimes like a man. Half-month is half a month. The so-called "rising after contact" refers to a hermaphrodite who only rises when touched by others. The so-called "jealous" refers to a hermaphrodite who does not rise when seeing other men approaching women. The so-called "decayed" refers to a hermaphrodite whose male organ has been cut off, etc., and has decayed.

The earth becomes, that is the decayed eunuch. From this, in the statement, "If the last one relies on faults, he should be expelled," "the last one" refers to the decayed eunuch. In that instant, relying on the fault of the eunuch, he should be expelled from that, otherwise it is not the meaning. What is the definition of "abiding in theft"? It is said that one should know that the ceremony of full ordination has not been performed, or that it has not arisen, and if one experiences decline twice with the Sangha, then that is it. One should know that the prayers and so on that lead to full ordination have not been performed, and one should also know that it has not arisen even if it has been performed. If the ceremony has been performed, full ordination is not arisen, because of faults such as being nineteen years old, therefore, experiencing decline a second time with the Sangha, that is called abiding in theft. Then, why is it said that merely experiencing the work of the Uposatha twice or three times with the monks who abide in the vicinity is abiding in theft? Why is "three" not written in brief? Because this is not a definitive word, but it is an excellent indication of the norm. When the norm begins, it will decay, otherwise, by establishing this with "two," the word "three" will clearly know the permission. In that way, this will become a beginning, a convention, and it will be inferred that it is not an establishment of the nature of Dharma. There is also scriptural evidence here, in the "Basis of Speech" it says: "For one who abides in theft, do not expel him; for one who has not taken the basis of full ordination, should he be expelled with that, or has he not taken full ordination?" The answer is: "There is a teaching, for one who experiences the Uposatha twice or three times, do not expel him, do not give full ordination. For one who has experienced the Uposatha once, he should be expelled, he should be given full ordination." Because otherwise some people would experience twice separately...
