If someone commits an offense in a monk's monastery, it is a transgression. If someone evicts a person from their dwelling, it is a transgression. If a monk forcibly occupies and establishes a dwelling in someone else's monastery, it is a transgression. If someone sits or lies down on the roof of a monastery, weighing it down, it is a transgression. That is what is said. The statement that "what is not to be touched does not change" means that the very nature of gold and other such things that are not to be touched does not become a transgression. Here, the text says that if some monks leave without placing a seat, small cushion, or covering, and without gathering them up or having them gathered up, is there any case where a transgression does not occur? It is said that if they are made of precious jewels, there is no transgression. Here, the main point of what is not to be touched is the holding of precious jewels. Therefore, one should not understand other similar inferences here. If one has spread out what is to be gathered up and goes for alms, if wind and rain come, those in the monastery should gather it up, which means one should respectfully return. If one has spread out what is to be gathered up and goes to one's dwelling and for alms, and sees wind and rain falling, one should respectfully return quickly, that is the meaning. Its meaning is that there is no fault and no blame, which means that for those who have entered for the sake of alms and completed all the related matters with the dwelling, there is no fault. Regarding blame, here the text says that one should not spread out what is to be gathered up and then go for alms. If one does so, it becomes a serious violation. Because the wording of enacting a serious violation is to point out the fault in speech. Here, there is also no cause for blame, because why would one be blamed? If one has gone far on the road by speaking, or remembers it later, then one should generate the thought that one will not do so in the future, and one should also speak the words. If one remembers it again without having gone far on the road, then one should return, that is what is established here. If a monk on the road...

If you encounter someone returning, you should entrust it to them for the sake of collecting. If you have promised, then you should do it when you arrive at the dwelling, meaning that when you arrive at the dwelling, in order to properly arrange the dwelling, you should collect it again, whoever promises, that is the executor of it. The word "its" should be understood by implication, so it is not explicitly stated. Here, the meaning of this text is that if that monk also promised that monk, but does not collect that dwelling, he will commit a transgression. Saying this to someone returning, other places also follow this principle, because knowing this principle, for wisdom, if you live in the executor, there is no fall, this is called a promise. If you leave the dwelling and do not encounter danger, then you should collect the dwelling, meaning Things that are not covered or covered should also be understood as fully accepting the details. Here, the text is that the monk should collect the dwelling from the subtle points and then leave. If you don't collect it, you will commit a serious crime. Saying "if you don't encounter danger" means that when you are collecting the dwelling, because it exists, if you are worried about the danger of life, etc., and being in danger, this is the meaning of this. If it becomes dirty, it should be dusted off, meaning that the text here is from the Sutra of Mothers, from the time the monk prepares to leave, until the dwelling becomes dirty, it should be dusted off. It should be emptied, meaning the dwelling that has encountered danger. Or it should be entrusted, meaning that if you have not encountered danger, you should connect according to the following content. To whom should it be entrusted? Therefore, to the monk. If not, entrust it to the novice monk, meaning that if there is no monk, entrust it to the novice monk. If there is no novice monk either, entrust it to the householder, meaning that if there is no novice monk either, entrust it to the householder. If all of these are not there, look in the four directions and hide the key and leave, meaning that if there is no one to entrust it to. If you see a monk on the road, you should tell him that direction.
