In order not to be exhausted, it should be understood that this is a branch of not generating abandonment. How should this be taken and given? Therefore, the donor, year, month, date, abbot of the Sangha, Sangha value, recipient, items, and interest should be written on the voucher. It is explained that by understanding the reasons, others should be made to understand. That is, for the entering monk, how much he has used from here, and how much he should give at that time, if these reasons are understood, then the monk who knows the beginning and end of this matter, if he gets permission in order, should explain how it should be understood. The text here is that the resident monks should say to the suddenly arriving monks, how much is obtained from so-and-so each month. That's what is said. This is the abandonment of behavior with obvious characteristics. If interest is generated on the basis of the precepts previously indicated, then it is the main practice. If it is not stated what kind of behavior it is, therefore, it is stated that "others," it should be linked to the word "behavior." It was previously indicated with shells and jewels, therefore, if interest is generated from behaviors other than those, such as measurable things, then this transgression will be committed. Whatever is obtained, whether interest generated directly or indirectly, and generated from the need for shells, is the previous transgression. Wherever the shell itself is not suspected, it should be understood that it is distinguished here. Wherever it is necessary to be associated with something other than shells, how should it be handled? The transgression mentioned earlier, that is, all things bought with shells, because shells are needed, so properly touching here will generate it. For the Vasho of the Sangha, the fruit price of the Sangha should be used to buy and give, which is obtained without willingness, for not liking to share the behavior of offenses. Therefore, this is said for those who do not join. For things that do not conform to the Dharma, everyone should not share together without willingness for their own or others' benefit. Things that conform to the Dharma are allowed.

It should be settled here as "different from this." A householder should be made to buy it. If there is none, then the statement should be said three times. Here, it should be understood that buying or selling should be done with this ritual. If it is with its additions, it means that whatever rice is owned by the Sangha, if it is bought for the Sangha's meals, then from there, it should be increased with additions and given, the value being equal, it should not be given, that is the meaning. If it is exhausted, then the Sangha should buy it, meaning that if the rice is not exhausted, it should be bought for the occasion. Sarapa is also the same, meaning that the Sangha should buy it. If there are no living beings, then old things should be sold. The price should not be set, meaning that not wanting to buy at this price, or wanting to buy, one should not do it oneself. Actions related to cowries and so on, these should be known to be related to the previous ones. Others are related to this. One should not intervene in the buying and selling of householders, meaning that by acting with cowries and so on, one should not intervene even in the buying and so on of non-householders. If so, how should a monk buy robes and so on for things that have value? Therefore, it is said that a householder should be made to buy it. If there is no householder, who should buy it at that time? Therefore, it is said that if there is none, then the statement should be said three times. It means that if there is no householder, then its value should be determined, and then the question should be asked three times, saying, "Give it at this price," it should be said three times. Adding to the price of goods should not be done for others either, except for the Three Jewels. The so-called goods refer to Kakani, Varataka, and so on. The so-called adding to the price means slightly increasing when buying and slightly decreasing when selling. This should not be done for others, let alone for oneself? Here, in some places, it is said that increasing should be done by abandoning the Three Jewels. Three
