In short, all of this is called clairvoyance, which is generally explained by the word clairvoyance. The so-called "being able to make them understand" means that even for the Sutra Pitaka, which does not understand clairvoyance, it can make them understand and comprehend. Therefore, it should be recognized that the word clairvoyance in the Sutra Pitaka has a special meaning. The so-called "learning higher morality, mind, and wisdom," the object of learning is learning itself, and the two combine to form a whole. The word higher morality refers to all the Vinaya Pitaka. The word higher mind refers to all the dhyanas. The word higher wisdom refers to the habit of seeing the truth. The so-called "also being able to make them learn" means that in order to make people have faith in higher morality, etc., the word "also" is used as a modal particle, not to distinguish different concepts. Not learning higher morality, etc., will not make one more powerful to learn. It should be recognized that the word "learning" has a special meaning. The so-called "it is the same for higher conduct, discipline, and Pratimoksha," the phrase "it is the same" refers to being able to enter learning itself, or to make them learn. Therefore, these combinations become two aspects. Among them, higher conduct refers to behavior with wisdom. Discipline refers to being more superior. The precepts of Pratimoksha, as well as the fundamental rituals and branches, etc., are Pratimoksha. The so-called "that" refers to the root of the precepts belonging to the Sutra Pitaka. The so-called "endowed with faith, morality, learning, generosity, and wisdom," the word morality here refers to discipline. Morality, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and the knowledge and vision of these are also related to the word "endowed." The word endowed with morality here refers to the fame of discipline, not anything else. For those who are endowed with the morality of a Bhikshu, this is what truly happens.

The term "ya ba la de'i" signifies grasping liberation, which is the vision of wisdom of liberation. Diligence and being endowed with wisdom should also be combined, meaning that up to the state of a trainee, possessing discipline and extensive learning, the word "also" implies that after each of these individually abiding states, whatever is spoken of together up to the state of a trainee, the fifth that is not diligence and being endowed with wisdom, should be understood as being spoken of together with them. Possessing discipline and extensive learning also each liberate from these three. Being endowed with mindfulness, and abiding correctly within, and being in equipoise, means that for them, these four are cyclical: possessing discipline, extensive learning, diligence, being endowed with wisdom, and being endowed with mindfulness. After stating these four again, one should state abiding correctly within, which is abiding without regressing again. The term "trainee" refers to being fully in accordance with the aggregate of discipline of a trainee, and being encompassed by the aggregates of concentration, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of wisdom of liberation of a trainee. The term "non-trainee" refers to starting from the aggregate of discipline of a non-trainee, and so forth. Among these, for those who understand the nature of phenomena and how to determine discipline, for those who fully understand what is good and not good, understanding arises temporarily from these. For those who fully understand the establishment of downfalls and the remaining disciplinary procedures, for those who have made efforts to ascertain their independent abiding state for ten years or more, it should be understood as not excessively transgressing, allowing to do, and not excessively transgressing. The term "knowing what has occurred, what has been established, what follows, what is prohibited, and what is permitted" means that from this, this has arisen, and the word "arisen" expresses the cause of establishing the basis of learning. Establishing the basis of learning is the establishment.
