The meaning is that any monastery that has a pond, fence, or other open space must understand that it is the boundary of the monastery. For multiple fences, etc., it is the outside of all fences. Therefore, the size of its outer wall is the final size here. For a monastery without open space, the wall itself is the boundary. Here, below the nearby place mentioned earlier, the stupa that relies on it is to be worshiped, and it is nearby. This is followed in order to destroy, and therefore it is called worshiping the stupa. What should be done there? Do not walk away without asking the reason. Walking away in order to destroy is called worship. This matter has two ways: starting to do and manifestly worshiping. Among them, the person who starts to do is forbidden, but for the person who manifestly worships, it abides in a state that should not be forbidden. For example, chatting, saying "please come," rejoicing with each other, answering, saying "welcome," etc., as well as stroking the feet and hands with the hand, dusting off the dust on the clothes, etc. These can be done even without asking, because if asked, it will become a laughing stock. Shoes, toothpicks, reading, speaking, doing intimate things, and for various wishes, one must fully understand the difference between a monk and a layperson, and know that here it refers to manifest worship. Here, for a malicious renunciate, do not completely abandon without asking, but not others. Because for reading or speaking, it is not appropriate to be close to those things that are close to the time of following, etc., it can be well understood through the action itself. Through the way of manifest worship, this matter is definitely present in the mind. For a malicious person, because of having an inconsistent following nature, when this person speaks separately, it becomes famous due to starting to do, therefore

The intention is seen here by what is called "should strive." Regarding drinking water, it should be known that taking it without permission is prohibited. Because this is of two kinds: water completely touching the limbs that are free from dust. The precepts of abiding should be explained, that is, regarding the affairs of the alms bowl and robes, as well as taking care of the sick, eliminating regret, abandoning the views of the wicked, etc., whether one should say "Ema, I will do it" or "Let me do it," it should be accomplished with great diligence. Here, some also mention the use of weapons, but because this is no more important than the affairs of robes, it should not be adopted. Regarding the Sangha that wants to rebuke, whether one should say "Ema, the Sangha should not rebuke this person in this way," etc., where "for those who want to rebuke" refers to the Sangha that wants to carry out the affairs of rebuke such as expulsion. "Ema, the Sangha to this person" refers to the object of reliance. "Should not rebuke this person in this way," etc., means that it should be accomplished with great diligence, and that one should prevent, and how long one should endure, etc., it should be known that all of these are related to this. "If done, one should endure" means that for the affairs of rebuke that have already been carried out, one should say "Ema, the Sangha should endure this person." Regarding expulsion and complete migration, as well as making happy and completely making happy, and the place where one wants to expel, one should say "Ema, the Sangha should grant this person the four (punishments) such as migration, and for those who want to expel, one should say 'Ema, expel!'" "He also did this to this," etc., where "he also" refers to the place. "That" refers to the affairs of the alms bowl and robes, etc. "To this" refers to the place. "Except for the request" means abandoning the separate request. One who has taken full ordination and is less than ten years old should not reside as an upadhyaya, as an acharya, or without relying on anyone, which means that one who has taken full ordination and is less than ten years old should not do these three things. One who has taken full ordination and is ten years old, if he does not conform to any of the situations described below, then it is not (this situation), what does this refer to?
