English
The term "Saso" means "do not be angry," which is expressed by speaking casually, and this defeat is called a false statement, without the intention of changing or entering. What is related to the defeat itself is this situation, and other than the defeat itself, there is no defeat here. Therefore, whatever falsely makes others understand with such intention, here constitutes a Saṅghādisesa. For those statements that have not failed, if there is the thought of a Saṅghādisesa, it constitutes a downfall. For others, it should be regarded as a misdeed. If doubt arises, such as "Is this not a defeat?" because of being in two minds, then it arises. The term "that is not another basis" refers to what the speaker expresses here. Whatever other basis is other than that basis, here is not a basis. For example, if someone speaks because of seeing, then other than seeing, any basis of doubt, that is, what is not heard, is not the meaning of seeing. Even if there is another basis, but the speaker is not present, then here there is a Saṅghādisesa, which is indicated by the causative words. If the other basis itself becomes the basis of that basis, even if there is another basis, the basis that the speaker talks about will not cause a Saṅghādisesa, because this is not the meaning of existence. Here the text refers to, because of believing what is heard, saying, "I saw it," and making people believe; or because of not believing what is heard, saying, "I saw it"; or doubting what is heard and saying seeing; or not doubting and saying seeing; or because of doubting, saying, "I saw it," all these statements are called Saṅghādisesa. The term "the statement is not existence itself" means that difference should be regarded as non-existence. For those who forget because they do not remember, here the fault is the statement. Here the text refers to, this person forgets what he has seen, or what he has heard, he also forgets, or what he has doubted, he also forgets, therefore, as long as he changes his mind, he will say, "I saw it."

English
If it is said, not forgetting and having heard what was said, also not forgetting this and doubting, and also saying that one has not forgotten that. Then, it is said that everything said is a sanghavasesa. The truth of the matter is that not lying is the cause. For a conscious person, how to speak without that, this is the cause, but not for the matter itself. Even if that exists, for the matter itself, thinking itself is the conscious person lying. Without thinking, without consciousness, to speak is truth for speaking. Because others do not remember the basis and speak, this is called a sanghavasesa. Saying that this and this are the cause of falling, this is summarized by defaming with impurity, by saying sanghavasesa. Except for hatred, this and what is said below are not its branches, because defamation here is the cause of the fault itself. May what is said exist, this is also completely refuting or defaming in other ways, and how defamation itself becomes the cause of entering, merely following, this merely relies on the example itself, mostly, because the cause of hatred arises to enter defamation, so it is said here, but not as a branch itself. Groundless sanghavasesa. Now, for the sanghavasesa that agrees with others in part, because one admits this complete ritual and lies, so one obtains in this place, so some of its distinctions are spoken here. Lying with words that exist in other things, this is called particularly practicing with the karma of defeat, this spoken of is different from the karma, becoming its branch, separated, existing in what is spoken of, that is the words that exist in other things. For example, we saw the venerable wall wealth. Saw the bhikkhuni lotus color. Saw the one who practices impure conduct, practicing sexual acts. Because these three sounds are combined with each other, similarly, the meanings of these spoken of are separated, the karma of defeat that becomes that part is particularly practiced, therefore like that.
