If the land is allowed to exist as it is, it is because it follows the statement that it is similar to that extreme. Here, the scripture says that if a judgment is made that is inconsistent with one's own nature, a serious offense will be committed. If it is not completed under the request, then it is an act of wrongdoing. That is to say, under the request, whatever place is not completed, that is an act of wrongdoing. Here, the sequence itself is a fault, therefore, by the nature of the sequence, it is established as an act of wrongdoing for not being completed with an unwanted intention, but not for not being completed due to obstacles. Here, the scripture says, if a monk temporarily seeks a foundation but does not build, what offense will be committed? An act of wrongdoing. If one requests to build a house but is not allowed, what offense will be committed? An act of wrongdoing. This is the case of requesting the Sangha's remaining property for houses and temples. // If, when stating something related to the main text, one asks: What is the Sangha's remaining property? Therefore, in order to explain that the act of causing defeat, such as engaging in impure conduct, also applies to a fallen monk, it is said that it also applies to a fallen monk. If one slanders by engaging in acts that cause defeat, such as engaging in impure conduct, that is the Sangha's remaining property. If one slanders someone by engaging in impure conduct, who is it? Therefore, it is said that it also applies to a fallen monk, not only for those who possess discipline, but also for slandering those who have fallen. It is not only for those who possess the complete precepts of discipline. It is also the same for those who have fallen, this statement is for the purpose of slandering the fact that monks and nuns have fallen. For those who are impure and fallen, the scripture regarding the Sangha's remaining offenses is as follows: Even in the request, the monk himself says: I engage in impure conduct, I practice the Dharma of sexual intercourse. If a monk slanders without basis, with words of stealing or seduction, what offense will be committed? The Sangha's remaining offense, and so on. In order to explain that it is in accordance with the complete ordination of one's own side, it is through names and promises, etc., therefore it is said that here, oneself is not a part of the sect. Whatever is said here, through names and promises, etc., what is oneself in the sect?

Here, it is not admitted. To slander dissimilar names and to slander dissimilar views also means Saṃghāvaśeṣa. In this statement, regarding the name and view not being limbs themselves, the scripture says that if a monk slanders a nun with unfounded teachings that lead to defeat, it constitutes Saṃghāvaśeṣa. Similarly, if a nun slanders a monk with unfounded teachings that lead to defeat, it constitutes Saṃghāvaśeṣa. Regarding slandering the fallen, from the perspective of "complete offense," for the difference between admitting and not admitting, similar offenses are distinguished here. Entering with extreme anger, this extremely turns into slandering the Śrāmaṇa caste. For objects that are fallen and have different names, the same downfall is also distinguished here. Lying is not done with the word "unfounded." For approaching the object with unknown knowledge and making it understood, with untrusting hearing, "I have heard," I say, "I am not trusting," like this, has Saṃghāvaśeṣa arisen? Whether it is understood by anyone, it does not mean merely talking to all human beings. This is the offense of slander. Speaking to others is also not slander. Regarding the series of downfalls, saying "I have seen" only occurs as a possibility, saying "You have been seen by me" is not, therefore, know this. For the downfall itself being a fault, without showing it, with a reckless mind, to this, "I am doing and seeing," this is entering. For the idea that the fault here is different, but not defeat, through other proofs, he enters into downfall, but not for the transformed. Here, for having a fault, merely the idea of "This is not this," for that also it is different, but not downfall. Therefore, whatever thought is here, whatever is done, if it is understood by anyone, therefore the related should be stated there. Wanting to fall
