The karma of expulsion is being performed. The Sangha is performing the karma of expelling a Bhikshu who has not been seen to have transgressed, (therefore) the hair stands on end, the hair flutters, and he slanders the Sangha, comes forward, approaches equally, arrives inside the boundary, clarifies forgiveness, and says that he has also seen that transgression, for that reason, if the Sangha forgives the karma of expelling a Bhikshu who has not been seen to have transgressed, then, those venerable ones who forgive the karma of expelling a Bhikshu who has not been seen to have transgressed, those who forgive should remain silent. Those who do not forgive should speak. This is the first karma statement. Repeat it twice and three times in the same way. The Sangha has forgiven and permitted, the Sangha has forgiven the karma of expelling a Bhikshu who has not been seen to have transgressed, since there is no speech like this, it is regarded as such. Venerable Sangha, please listen. Although this Bhikshu Sangha has committed a transgression, he does not repent according to the Dharma. If the time of the Sangha is ripe and forgiving, please allow the Sangha. The Sangha is performing the karma of expulsion for the Bhikshu Sangha not repenting the transgression. This is the request. For those who do not confess, the Sangha will perform the act of expulsion from the dwelling. I, Bhikshu so-and-so, because of not confessing, am being subjected to the act of expulsion from the dwelling, my hair stands on end, my hair is disheveled, and I beg forgiveness from the Sangha, I come, I approach, I enter the boundary, I ask for forgiveness, and I confess the transgression according to the Dharma. I beseech the compassionate Sangha venerable ones, for the sake of compassion, to forgive me, Bhikshu so-and-so, for being subjected to the act of expulsion from the dwelling because of not confessing. Repeat three times. Venerable Sangha, please listen. Bhikshu so-and-so has committed a transgression, and because of not confessing, the Sangha will perform the act of expulsion from the dwelling upon him. Bhikshu so-and-so, because of not confessing, is being subjected to the act of expulsion from the dwelling, his hair stands on end, his hair is disheveled, and he begs forgiveness from the Sangha, he comes, he approaches, he enters the boundary, he asks for forgiveness, and he confesses the transgression according to the Dharma.
