Regarding using this Dharma garment as a firm spread, those venerable ones who can tolerate it, please remain silent. Those who cannot tolerate it, please speak up. The Sangha has tolerated and permitted it, and the Sangha has used this Dharma garment as a firm spread. Like this, because no one speaks, it is decided as it is. So-and-so, are you willing to lay out a firm spread for the summer retreat Sangha? Willing. Venerable ones of the Sangha, please listen to me.
