If it is suitable, then it should be carefully examined below it. If it is the foundation of a king, or the foundation of a stupa, or the foundation of a householder, or the foundation of a heretic, or the summer residence of a nun, or if there are trees to be cut down, it should not be shown because it is disputed. If the foundation is suitable and there is no dispute, then it should be carefully examined within a fathom around it. If the foundation there relies on a river, or relies on a well, or relies on a road, or relies on a cliff, it should not be shown because it is not allowed to start construction.
