Thus, this dispute, along with the elders, along with the Sangha with the Pratimoksha, is offered within a three-month period, but they also failed to pacify it. I, the one who conceals the dispute, named this, offer this dispute to those who hold the Sutras, those who hold the Vinaya, and those who hold the Matrikas, within a six-month period, but they also failed to pacify it. They handed me, the one who conceals the dispute, named this, over. I, the monk who conceals the dispute, named this, offer this dispute to the elders. I request the elders to pacify this dispute completely. Named this, are you willing to distribute the wooden sticks to the Sangha? Willing. Venerable Sangha, please listen. The monk named this is willing to distribute the wooden sticks to the Sangha. If the time is right for the Sangha and it is permissible, please the Sangha grant permission. Therefore, the Sangha discusses this matter. If the monk Gyadbu Nor requests the act of discipline through mindfulness from the Sangha, if it is the right time for the Sangha and it is permissible, please grant it. The Sangha grants the act of discipline through mindfulness to the monk Gyadbu Nor. This is the request. Please listen, virtuous Sangha. I, the monk Jema Kye, being mad, with a disturbed mind, tormented by feelings of suffering, have engaged in and spoken of many things that are not in accordance with the conduct of a renunciate, not in accordance, not appropriate, not in accordance with the rules, causing my eyes to change, drooling, changing my complexion, rolling back and forth on the ground, pretending to be asleep even when not asleep, pretending to be mad even when not mad, speaking even when not intending to speak. If I regain my memory, because the monks discuss this matter, I, the monk Jema Kye, request the act of discipline for not being mad from the Sangha.
