་ཞེས་ཐོས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་གིས་བདག་ལ་གཞི་འདིས་གླེང་བར་འགྱུར། དྲན་པར་བགྱིད་པར་འགྱུར་བས། བདག་གིས་དེ་སྐད་ཐོས་ནས་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མདུན་དུ་མགུ་བར་བགྱི་བ་སླར་བཏང་བ་ཕྱིར་རྒོལ་བ་མི་མཛའ་བ་དེ་དག་སླར་མཆིས་ལགས་པས་བདག་མགུ་བར་བགྱི་བ་ཡང་སླར་ལེན་ཏོ། །མགུ་བར་བགྱི་བ་ཞག་མ་འཁོར་བ་རྣམས་བགྱིའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་མགུ་ བར་བགྱིད་པར་གཟུང་དུ་གསོལ། ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བཟླས། ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། བདག་དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་མགུ་བ་བགྱི་བའི་དགྲ་བོ་དགེ་སློང་མཆིས་ཏེ། བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བས་མགུ་བའི་སྤྱོད་པ་བག་ཡངས་སུ་བགྱིས་པ་དགྲ་བོ་དགེ་སློང་དེ་དག་སླར་མཆིས་ལགས་པས་བདག་མགུ་བར་བགྱི་བ་ཡང་སླར་ལེན་ཏོ། །མགུ་བར་བགྱི་བ་ཞག་མ་འཁོར་བ་རྣམས་བགྱིའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པས་བདག་མགུ་བར་བགྱིད་པར་གཟུང་དུ་གསོལ། ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བཟླས། ཐབས་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལེགས་སོ། །ས་གཞན་ན་གནས་པའི་སྤྱོད་པའི་གཞིའོ།། །།དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་གསན་དུ་གསོལ། དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་འདི་ནི་གླེངས་ཤིང་དྲན་པར་བགྱིས་ཀྱང་སྐབས་འབྱེད་དུ་མི་བཏུ་བ་སྟེ། འདི་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བགྱི་བ་ཉིད་དུ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་ཅིང་མི་གདམས་པར་བགྱིས་ཀྱང་སྐབས་མི་འབྱེད་ན། གལ་ཏེ་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དུས་ལ་བབ་ཅིང་བཟོད་ན་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་གནང་བར་མཛོད་ཅིང་དང༌། དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གཞག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །འདི་ནི་གསོལ་བའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་གསན་དུ་གསོལ། དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་འདི་གླེངས་ཤིང་དྲན་པར་བགྱིས་ཀྱང་སྐབས་འབྱེད་དུ་མི་བཏུབ་སྟེ། འདི་དགེ་སློང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྨྲ་བར་མི་བགྱི་བ་ཉིད་དུ་རྣམ་པར་གཞག་ཅིང་མི་གདམས་པར་བགྱིས་ཀྱང་སྐབས་མི་འབྱེད་དེ། དེའི་སླད་དུ་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གཞག་པར་བགྱི་ན། ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་གང་དག་དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གཞག་པར་བཟོད་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་ཅང་མ་གསུང་ཤིག །གང་དག་མི་བཟོད་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་གསུངས་ཤིག །འདི་ནི་ལས་བརྗོད་པ་དང་པོ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལན་གཉིས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བཟླས། དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་བཟོད་ཅིང་གནང་ནས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱིས་དགེ་སློང་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གཞག་ལགས་ཏེ། འདི་ལྟར་ཅང་མི་གསུང་བས་དེ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་འཛིན་ཏོ། །དགེ་འདུན་བཙུན་པ་རྣམས་གསན་དུ་གསོལ། ད

如是听闻。彼等将以此事议论我，忆念我。我闻是语已，于诸比丘前，先前已舍弃之欢喜，因彼等不友善之反对者复现，故我亦复取回欢喜。我将行持未过夜之欢喜。具德僧众，祈请忆持我之欢喜行。如是重复三次。具寿请垂念。我名某甲之比丘，有行欢喜之怨敌比丘。我名某甲，行欢喜之放逸行，彼等怨敌比丘复现，故我亦复取回欢喜。我将行持未过夜之欢喜。具寿请忆持我之欢喜行。如是重复三次。是方便也。善哉。乃于异地安住之行事之所依也。 僧众尊者请谛听。此名某甲之比丘，虽经议论忆念，然不可作剖析。此于诸比丘不应宣说，如是安立，虽不劝诫，然亦不作剖析。若僧众时至且容忍，则僧众当容许，且僧众将为名某甲之比丘安立说戒。此乃祈请也。僧众尊者请谛听。此名某甲之比丘，虽经议论忆念，然不可作剖析。此于诸比丘不应宣说，如是安立，虽不劝诫，然亦不作剖析。是故，僧众将为名某甲之比丘安立说戒。凡诸具寿容忍为名某甲之比丘安立说戒者，彼等当寂然不语。凡诸不容忍者，彼等当宣说。此乃第一羯磨。如是重复二次三次。僧众容忍且容许，故僧众为名某甲之比丘安立说戒。如是因寂然不语故，即如是受持。僧众尊者请谛听。 ད

Thus it was heard. They will discuss me with this matter, and remember me. Having heard this, I, in front of the monks, having previously abandoned the joy, because those unfriendly opponents reappear, I also take back the joy. I will practice the joy that has not passed the night. Venerable Sangha, please remember my practice of joy. Repeat this three times. Venerable ones, please consider. I, the monk named so-and-so, have an enemy monk who practices joy. I, named so-and-so, practice the unrestrained practice of joy, and those enemy monks reappear, so I also take back the joy. I will practice the joy that has not passed the night. Venerable ones, please remember my practice of joy. Repeat this three times. This is a means. Excellent. It is the basis of conduct residing in another place. Venerable Sangha, please listen. This monk named so-and-so, although discussed and remembered, cannot be analyzed. This should not be spoken by the monks, thus established, and even if not admonished, it cannot be analyzed. If the time of the Sangha has come and it is tolerant, then the Sangha should allow it, and the Sangha will establish the recitation of precepts for the monk named so-and-so. This is a request. Venerable Sangha, please listen. This monk named so-and-so, although discussed and remembered, cannot be analyzed. This should not be spoken by the monks, thus established, and even if not admonished, it cannot be analyzed. Therefore, the Sangha will establish the recitation of precepts for the monk named so-and-so. Those venerable ones who tolerate the establishment of the recitation of precepts for the monk named so-and-so should remain silent. Those who do not tolerate it should speak. This is the first karma. Repeat this two or three times. The Sangha tolerates and allows it, so the Sangha establishes the recitation of precepts for the monk named so-and-so. Thus, because of the silence, it is accepted as such. Venerable Sangha, please listen. ད
