. A cloister should be made. To keep the dwelling cool, it should be surrounded by an outer wall. A row of pillars should be fashioned. Windows should be made. All edges should be directly aligned with the edges of the carpets. Nets and boards should be installed. Rooms for food, fire, toilets, and bathing should be made. Protrusions should be made around the perimeter of the walls. An earthen house is acceptable. A defense room is also acceptable. In this case, the railing is similar to a cloister. A monastic enclosure surrounded by walls is also acceptable. Making water holes in the walls is also acceptable. Latrines and cesspools are also acceptable. A personal temple with implements is also acceptable. To manifest signs of decay such as blueness, the walls of the dwelling should be made in four colors, such as blue. It is acceptable to paint pictures in a monastic enclosure. Yakshas holding vajras in their hands should be painted at the doors. In the gatehouse, there should be a revolving wheel. It should be divided into five parts. Above are gods and humans. And the four continents. It is also acceptable for spontaneously born beings to die and be reborn like a chain of buckets. In the center are desire, hatred, and delusion, in the form of a pigeon, snake, and pig. The former two are consumed by delusion. Around it are the twelve links of dependent origination. Everything is grasped by impermanence. Above is a white mandala showing the Buddha's nirvana. Below are two verses called "One should strive." Something that shows it should be placed. Around it are great miracles and the defeat of the maras. In the cloister are the birth stories. At the door of the lavatory are yakshas holding garlands. In the toilet room are rows of Arhats. At the door of the treasury are yakshas holding sprouts in their hands. In the food room are those holding food and drink in their hands.

Decorated with... and the dragon daughters who make water drip. In a room suitable for the sick, the Tathagata does the work of attending to the sick. When defecating or urinating, in the cemetery or at the skull. The temple should not be without a cover, do not let smoke come out, and do not hold it. Do nothing in the pavilion. For this, hold a torch. Use thin, dry iron sheets to flatten. The work can also be done with a wooden yoke. The house manager should sweep the temple every day. If not possible, take turns. The remainder is to strike the ghanta on the eighth and fourteenth days, and all the monks are to do so with Dharma-compliant speech or the non-defamation of the noble ones. Smear lime and soft clay on the Dharma seat. Finally, take a bath. Or wash your hands and feet. Also smear the body with water. Make preparations for oiling. In order to offer to the Three Jewels, sweeping and cleaning, as well as the incense room, Buddha statues, stupas, and the shadow of the life tree, recite the verses of the temple and trample. On that day, inspect and repair the dwelling separately. Let those with cracks and so on do it. Let the residents do it. The floor of the dwelling should be smeared with lime, sweeping, and soft clay. Bedding stained with dirt should be shaken off. If it is too dirty, wash it. Sweep under the lime. Lay a cushion under it. Do not do it on the ground without shaking off the dust. For things to be laid out, use a cloth to shake off. Not good. Repair it. If it is not possible, make it with cloth, tie it to the top of a wooden stick and shake it off. Even if that is not possible, in order to increase the merit of the donor, and for the sake of longevity, mix clay and soil and smear it on the cracks in the pillars and walls. Do not place bedding or the like in the gatehouse or corridor. Do not let what the donor has offered to dispel sorrow be seen. In order to eliminate unpleasant sounds, lay it out in the corridor on the eighth and fourteenth days. Hold the bed and the low bed. Do not damage the pavilion.
