It should be read. If merit does not increase, one should pray to entrust the matter to others. Entrustment should be done after clearly understanding the responsibilities. One should avoid bad friends. One should be devoted to virtuous deeds. One should be close to virtuous deeds. One should strive to obtain the necessities of life that are in accordance with the precepts. Co-residents, attendants, Khenpos, Acharyas, those with the same Khenpo, those with the same Acharya, those who converse, those who say "please proceed," those who share vows, and friends should care for the sick. If there is no caretaker, then the subordinates should do so. Here, the Acharya who reads should also be regarded as a caretaker. If it cannot be done immediately, it should be determined according to the circumstances. Here, establishing a sign is also similar to ordination. When practicing Brahmacharya together, one should not abandon. If there is no caretaker, one should be appointed from the lowest of the ultimate. Medicine provided by the Sangha can only be used by the sick. If there is truly none, the caretaker should be sent to find it. If it cannot be found, the Sangha should provide assistance. If there is none, one can even pray to the Buddha image. Therefore, one should offer drinks, umbrellas, etc. to the Sangha. If there is none, then offer to the Buddha image. If these two take something, and if they have the ability to repay before they die, then they should repay. The caretaker should not disrespect the sick. One should not break their meaningful words. One should not prevent attracting particularly attached objects. One should not fail to advise. The patient should not repeat excessively. If one fears that he will die because of this, he should be lifted from the Sangha's mattress and placed on the individual's ground. Massage and bathing should be done with the skill of previous practices. One should strive to fully examine his condition. The clothes of the dead that he has soiled should be washed by him. When the Sangha gathers, one should go before its abbot. If obstructed while walking, one should sit down. They should also treat him in this way. For things that have not happened, one should go immediately. This is also the case near the village. If entering, even if coming out later, it is also the case. If the lamp comes, one should also wait there until the abbot comes.
