If it has not been taught, "For that one," then giving to the designated for the sake of separation is the number of reality itself. One should not give to one who is with the designator. One should not take from a madman, a non-relative, or from his house. One should take from an expelled son. One should also take back from a cemetery. If one calls back, one should give. If one finds again, one should take back. The property of a stupa and its source, and for the sake of food other than roots, fruits, and molasses trees, and that which is to be sustained by appointment, and that which is suitable for sickness, should not be divided for the sake of ownership. For what is found, there is the entry of the summer retreat. The end of summer is not non-independent. If one is expelled from the dwelling, one is not independent. For one who has promised to dwell under the burden of goods, there is only one share. For those under burden, it is the part of counting oneself. For one who has promised to dwell in another place, it should be distinguished by length of time. Novices and female novices should have one-third less of what is found. For food, it is equal. Those who wish to be fully ordained and female trainees are also the same. The division of shares for monks and nuns is according to the individual, not the sangha. For the last gains of food, if it is not distinguished, even if the nuns have not eaten, it is not not included. For cushions, water, and alms, monks and nuns are not the main ones. When nuns gather, they should place cushions at the end of the elders. If they are with monks, if they cannot, the nuns should declare merit. If the distributor places food nearby for the sake of giving, the abbot of the sangha should instruct, "First distribute equally." Looking at the retinue, if there are many people and little food, then one should first say "before" and then say "especially." If it is another, then say "as much as you have." One should not take first without saying "sampravata" at the end of the elders. If, when collecting food, there is more than what has been offered, one should mix it together. One should not have a monk give away the three robes. If the sangha has recovered, one should not have the thought of "giving this back," but other thoughts.
