Also pillars, crests, headbands, animal skins, yak wool cloths, and flags of non-Buddhists. Even as much as a leaf of a palāśa or the wick of a lamp should be distributed for the sake of equality. Wax and such things should be sold. It is non-refundable. The distribution of what is obtained should be done in five parts. The acquired goods will be distributed, you should assemble there, this should be said to the Sangha. Also, the gavel should be struck, the counting sticks distributed, the counting done, and the individual shares distributed. Those who come when the end is being done have the right. Those who arrive at the end have no right. This also applies to small gains. If one participates in the matter of gain, even if one has left, one is not without right. Therefore, those who leave should entrust the penalty. If one does not entrust, having the commitment, it should be punished. Small gains such as five paṇas and so on. If one does not entrust, one should not be punished. One should punish the ācārya or the upādhyāya. Also for the sake of the benefit of those whose minds are pleased. One should not do it for the sake of benefits that are not in accordance with one's own side. This also applies to dwellings. Also to food. For the sake of the benefit of others, the penalty should be made known to the other party. One should not enter inside and do it without authority. Even if only one person with authority obtains a great deal, it does not become a reason for being without authority. If it is dispersed to aspects that are not in accordance with the Dharma, the Sangha's gains are without authority. The gains of that time are the most lasting. The two cases of falling and dying are also the same. Gains should be determined as they are ascertained. Also by those who obtain them. Even if everyone offers it. If the Sangha is completely cut off, it is completely cut off by the boundary of karma. In this case, one is the same as that itself. The gains of the Dharma are the right of those who speak it. Holding one verse of the Vinaya is the end of it here. If there is another of the deceased's belongings with a different name, it is without right. The same is true of those who are expelled from the residence. It is also the same if there is nothing. If the mind does not return from the cause. For harming it, it is not different. For the different, it is different. Completely

Other than practicing equally with Brahma, that is not independent. What comes after the request or the first and all the blessings are completed is not independent. Some of them are given to the elders and new monks of the Sangha, that is called "that." Wherever there is something to be blessed, those belonging to that boundary should be blessed. In this regard, the place of death itself is the cause. Those who live between the boundaries, how much is touched by the body or others, belong there. Wherever something like wealth resides, the belongings belong to it. Something like wealth residing elsewhere should also be blessed. The offering that has not been abandoned by the giver belongs to him. What is abandoned belongs to the giver. Even if he abandons it, it is so. Even outside, even if there is awareness within the boundary, it cannot be determined solely by blessing. One should not bless without performing expulsion and service, listening to the Dharma, and expounding merit. If the alms bowl and Dharma robe are in another person's house, whoever the householder gives it to has the right to own it. Even if one has the right to own it and is impoverished because of it, it is so. If one does not give, one has the condition to receive. Gradually, it is the first. If it does not exist and is abandoned without dedication, it has the condition to disappear. That is similar to gradually. If a debtor appears, then for him, according to the amount to be repaid, the deceased's belongings are what he owns. Even if it is divided, it is so. Separately established together with this, for him, whether it should be given or received, it is not himself. Therefore, for those who practice equally with Brahma, it will not become a debt. If one takes the offering with one's hand, it is offering to the Three Jewels, then however much there is, one repays equally. If it is accompanied by nursing, then the six utensils are what he owns, so it should not be blessed. That is from the case of including the superior, the medium, and the inferior. If there are many, then it is common. Having disappeared for that purpose, and the patient should be given alms. One does not give to what is not independent. One should not give to someone who has promised to live elsewhere. For someone who has not taken full ordination, everything is what he owns.
