I should understand it in the same way. The downfall offenses mentioned in the context of scolding a Bhikshuni, etc., are solely because of not having received full ordination. The misdeeds mentioned in the context of creating division in the Sangha, etc., are to completely abandon disrespect for the Dharma. Similarly, if a Bhikshu recites with a Bhikshuni, it will be explained as a misdeed. If a respected monastic, a Bhikshu recites the Dharma in unison with a Bhikshuni, etc., the misdeed mentioned is because of having received full ordination; if one utters words with an equal voice, it is a downfall offense. Like this, arranging for recitation and the occurrence of recitation are due to disrespect. If one wants to completely abandon the loss of respect, even if someone who has not received full ordination commits an act of disrespect, it is merely disrespect. Similarly, this principle should also be understood for a Bhikshuni towards a Bhikshu, etc. Someone asked: If a Bhikshu teaches the Dharma to a Bhikshu word by word, what will happen? The answer is: It is a misdeed. Here too, it should be known that the reasoning is the same as what was said before. It should be known that reciting the Dharma with an equal voice with a householder, etc., for a Shramanerika and others who have not received full ordination is similar. This should also be understood when explaining transgressions below. This is the determination of the downfall offense of recitation. For those who have not received full ordination, etc., the transgression is of the nature of self and pervasiveness, and of an afflicted nature, which is synonymous with Parajika and Sanghavasesa. The Sangha's permission refers to the Sangha's consent, that is, after obtaining the Sangha's permission, there is no downfall offense in speaking about Parajika and Sanghavasesa among the laity who know about them. Here, if one speaks of the downfall offense committed by a Bhikshu, it will be a downfall offense, and it should be understood as such. If it is not like that, then merely the teachings will fall, and that is also unreasonable. Someone said that if one learns from the mentioned downfall offenses, it will be a downfall offense, and this is said relying on the Bhikshu. Considering a human as a human is said to be a misdeed, because even if one speaks to a non-human, it is shown to be a misdeed.

It is so. The boundary of transgression is the measure of transgression. What should be announced is that you should speak of such and such a number of transgressions. Thus, it should be decided in the heart. Also, the word "also" means the boundary of the house, that such and such a number of houses should be spoken of, and thus the boundary of the house should be announced to this. What is not the boundary of the house should not be spoken of as such and such a number of houses. Whoever is the one who can bring forth transgressions, one should be honest with him and with words from the heart. Whoever brings forth transgressions, if he displeases those who have a measure of houses with transgressions that are not very great, what are the transgressions related to him, and what are the houses, those who speak of them should say that the transgressions are such and such a number, and the houses are such and such a number, and it should be completely decided. Likewise, it should be understood as appropriate for the lower ones as well. What is not very great is what has measure. The measure of the immeasurable is because there is no complete decision. What displeases is because those who dwell and enjoy cause disbelief. What has measure is because the measure is completely decided. What is very great is what has immeasurable. He means the monk who speaks. Only such and such a number of transgressions means to show how much of the measure of the transgressions of the Sangha should be spoken. Only in such and such a number of known houses means in which houses he has done this, those who know the transgression of evil deeds, among those. If one speaks more than that, it means in which houses he does not know the transgression of evil deeds that he has done. What becomes a transgression is because it is spoken in an unknown house. In all known houses means among those who know and have the transgressions he has done. Some say that the boundary of transgression should also be announced to the monk himself who can bring forth transgressions, and the boundary of the house should also be announced, and so on. Among the lower ones, to whom should the boundary of transgression be announced, and to whom the boundary of the house should be announced, only such and such a number to him, and so on, with the sixth boundary, it is only the one who can bring forth transgressions who proclaims and narrates.
