Regarding the phrase "if carried by magical power," the mention of magical power is because it is the main thing here, as it is of the nature of possessing magical power. Carrying by magical power is because it is a virtuous mind, so there is no transgression, and that is why it is said. However, "in other ways" refers to ways such as mantras, because there is no carrying of burden, so it is a misdeed. Regarding "allowing by emanation," etc., if allowed, it is only the burden of attendants, etc. Mentioning "emanation" is because this is the difference of allowing. If it is said that "carrying by magical power has no transgression," then isn't it meaningless to mention this here? It is not so, because the mind of the nature of magical power abides in meditative equipoise, it is completely virtuous, therefore it carries it, and also the virtuous mind does not cause transgression. For this, if it is not abiding in the mind that engages in desire, without giving permission, at the appropriate time, the actions of the body completely arise, because manifestation can also accomplish carrying, and also transgression will arise for the mind that has not been given permission, so there is a very great difference. For this, because it is an emanation, so the expressions of the body of the emanator, if the continuous exertion of alertness can arise constantly, there is also an instantaneous one. Therefore, because it is mind-made, know that here it will become a misdeed to be guarded against. For sending messengers, etc., it is the same principle. Therefore, regarding "other wool," etc., because it is a different work, it will not cause abandonment, but it will become a misdeed belonging to the combination, this is the final conclusion. Regarding "bhikshuni within the boundary," etc., the boundary is the distance of three ক্রোśa (krośa). For this situation of changing the boundary, the reason why it is said to be a misdeed is because it relies on the side that has not been examined. Regarding "calling from afar," etc., because it is said that calling from afar should be abandoned. Not calling from afar refers to half a ক্রোśa (krośa), etc., for this, because it is said to be a misdeed. This is the determination of the abandonment of carrying wool. Causing to enter into decay means causing it to happen, causing it to be heavy means causing it to happen, this is the final conclusion.

Word meaning. Deciding on the abandonment of wool products. 'One's own hand' refers to one's own hand. This should be combined with the act of answering. Gold is gold itself. Silver is silver itself. These two are also examples of other precious jewels such as gems. Taking is taking oneself. The word 'or' means distinction. It can also indicate difference. Therefore, it is said here that abandonment is only necessary for touching one's own (property) and allowing others to touch one's own (property), but not for others' (property). For others' (property), it will only be explained as a transgression. Like this, others' jewels are not fields that should be abandoned, because merely being others', they are inherently of the nature of abandonment. Therefore, there is no act of abandoning others' (property), but by implication, this is merely committing a transgression, thus establishing it, and this is the concluding word. Allowing to take refers to giving to others in front of oneself. The situation behind refers to the speaker being behind. For this situation, because it did not happen in front of oneself, it is only established as a misdeed. The word 'or' means distinction. Therefore, if one thinks it is another object, there is no transgression. Allowing to take from behind, know that the meaning here is committing a misdeed. If one thinks it is another object, there is no transgression, because here there is no loss of mindfulness. Gold's 'masha' refers to buying etc. through open designation, becoming the reason for worldly terms. 'Kharwa's 'masha' is also similar to that, but because it is worse than jewels, it is said to be a misdeed. 'Not having taken full ordination' means that for a novice who has not taken full ordination, there is no transgression for touching and allowing to touch (property) etc., but if touching with the premise of taking possession, it will only be a misdeed. This refers to a fully ordained person taking from another, not referring to taking possession. Or others say that this is said with regard to novices. 'Because one thinks a secluded place is a secluded place' etc., saying it is a misdeed, this belongs to the preparatory act.
