Therefore, regarding this type of transgression, whatever it is that makes it into the nature of what kind of transgression it is, what transgression it is, etc., whatever makes it into the act of punishment that is fully realized from abandonment, that is it. The reason for not saying "do not enter" is because the rituals such as the four major wounds have not yet been completed. For this, when the four major wounds, etc., are certain, what should be discussed is that one does not admit the fault. If one admits to being with a woman, etc., then this is said at that time. If one does not admit it, then one should give alms to seek its nature, because it says so in the scriptures. "Is there?" means "Has it become?" "Consistent" means if it becomes consistent, if it is verbally consistent. If someone says, why should one ask another? The Vinaya holders say, if one finds this certain, immovable wound, one should know that there is no mistake; if one does not find the immovable Dharma, one should know that there is a possibility of wavering. Because one who has not previously engaged in sin will not be allowed to enter. The one who speaks, the female lay devotee who has trustworthy words, and the woman who has become one of the four great women, are examples of outstanding qualities. Therefore, since one is both a seer of truth and an outstanding one, then even if the speaker is a layman, one should measure him from the perspective of qualities. Therefore, the Vinaya holders say that the rule here is that those who have not seen the truth see the truth in various ways, those who are not outstanding in qualities become outstanding in qualities, and if both are seers of truth, then one should measure the one who is outstanding in the qualities of seeing the truth, one should know that this is what it means. "However," etc., "she" refers to the female lay devotee. If one becomes doubtful, one does not understand that meaning, because definite knowledge has not arisen. Therefore, this person speaks by saying similar meanings, or for any of the four major ones, the Sangha becomes doubtful. Then, one should know that the knowledge spoken to the Sangha is non-existent, and one should know that it shows that there will be no dispute over that knowledge.

Thus, when discussing or the first of the four great elements, if he says, "I see the emission of the first boundary," and he thinks that the Saṅgha in that place has failed. When he later says, "I see the emission of the second boundary, and so on," then, that person, by speaking of memory, hides in another place, thereby causing doubt in the Saṅgha. Therefore, it is concluded with the phrase, "For the disputant, distinction is not accomplished." Because the scriptures say that if doubt about the rules disappears, then it is not knowledge. To make him admit, or not admit, thus making him admit the remedy for the offense is not permissible. Because the scriptures say that, like this, hiding and confusing in another place, the discussion will not be established. Because merely speaking of similarities, by hiding in another place, the discussion is not established. Therefore, if doubt arises about the discussion or the four great elements, one should ask the person who is to be discussed, "Did you do this, or not?" If he says, "I have committed an offense," or says, "No," even if he has completely possessed the excellent qualities of hearing, discipline, and meditation, etc., that dispute should be pacified. Therefore, it is concluded with the phrase, "Because that dispute is without reasonable doubt." Because the scriptures say that admission through discussion is ultimate. The scriptures say that from others, he is made to do through admission. The meaning there is like this: through one's own admission, he is made to remedy the offense. Not through words that do not belong to the discussion or belong to the four great elements, because if doubt arises, certainty will not be established. This principle should also be understood according to the circumstances for the lower scriptures that are to be explained. The second is the defeat of taking what is not given. The third is the defeat of killing. The fourth is the defeat of lying. Blue-green is appearing blue-green like the color of a peacock's neck. Beautiful is having a beautiful body. Plump is having a fat body. It should be said in detail; this phrase is a summary statement. The aggregate of the first boundary.
