་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་བཞག །འདི་ལྟར་འདི་དག་ལ་སྐུར་བ་བཏབ་ན། ལྟུང་བ་ནི་སྨད་དགོས་ཏེ། དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་ལྟུང་བ་བཞིན་ནོ་ཞེ་ན། འདུལ་བ་འཛིན་པ་རྣམས་ན་རེ་དེ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། འདི་ནི་ཆེ་ཐད་དུ་དགེ་སྦྱོང་གི་རིགས་སུ་ན་འབྱིན་པའི་སྒོར་འགྱུར་བ་དང༌། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐ་ཅད་ཡིན་པས་འདི་དག་ལ་སྐུར་པ་བཏབ་ན་ཡང་ལྟུང་བ་འདྲ་བ་ཉིད་དུ་ཡང་རྣམ་པར་བཞག་གོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །ཉེས་བྱས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ལ་ནི་ཕས་ཕམ་པས་སྐུར་པ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ། ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་ཆུང་ངུ་དག་ལ་ནི་ཆུང་ངུའི་ཆ་ཉིད་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི་གཞི་དེ་དག་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཡིན་པའོ། །གཞན་དག་ན་རེ་རྒྱུ་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་རོ། །དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་བྱེད་ པ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ། སྦོམ་པོ་འདི་གཉིས་ནི་གོ་རིམས་བཞིན་དུ། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབྱེན་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་མི་གཏོང་བ་དང༌། མི་གསོད་པའི་ཕྱོགས་དང་མཐུན་པ་ཡིན་པར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །བདག་ཉིད་ཁས་ལེན་པས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས། དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མར་གསུངས་པ་འདིས་ནི་ཕམ་པ་བྱུང་བ་ལ་སྐུར་ན་ཡང་དགེ་འདུན་ལྷག་མར་གྱུར་པ་ཁོ་ནའོ་ཞེས་དེ་སྐད་དུ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བཤགས་པར་འོས་པས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་བཤགས་པས་ལྟུང་བ་ལྡོག་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །སོ་སོར་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི་བ་ནི་གནས་ཀྱི་ནང་ན་འདུག་པའི་དགེ་སློང་གི་མདུན་དུ་བསྒྲགས་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ལྟུང་བ་ལྡོག་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཞུས་པ་ལ་ལ་ལས་གཞན་ཡང་འདི་སྐད་དུ། །དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་མི་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱད་པ་བྱས་སོ། །མ་ཤ་ཀ་ལྔ་ལས་ལྷག་པར་བརྐུས་སོ། །མིའི་སྲོག་དང་ཕྲལ་ལོ། །མིའི་ཆོས་བླ་མར་གྱུར་པ་ཡང་དག་པ་མ་ཡིན་པར་སྨྲས་སོ་ཞེས་མ་ངེས་པར་སྨྲས་ཀྱི་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞིག་གིས་ཞེས་མ་སྨྲས་ན་ཉེས་པ་སྦོམ་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་སྟན་ལས་ལོངས་ན་ཁོ་བོ་ལས་བསམས་ཏེ་སྨྲས་པ་ཡོད་དོ་ཞེས་ཟེར་ན་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་སོ། །མ་ནིང་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་ན་ཉེས་པ་སྦོམ་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མ་ནིང་མ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་ན་ཉེས་པ་སྦོམ་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྣམ་པར་མ་ནིང་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐུར་པ་འདེབས་ན་ཉེས་པ་སྦོམ་པོར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་འབྱུང་ངོ༌། །མ་ངེས་ལངས་དང་མ་ནིང་དང༌། །མ་ནིང་མོ་རྣམས་མ་ནིང་སྟེ། །ཞུས་པ་འགའ་ལས་སྐུར་པ་ཡིན། །བསྡུ་བ་གཞན་འདི་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཞིག་བསྡུ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལ་དོན་ནི་འདི་ཡིན་ཏེ། མ་ངེས་པ་

完全地安立。像这样如果对这些进行诽谤，堕罪是应该呵责的，如果说是像其他的堕罪一样。持律者们说，那不是的，这在大的方面会成为说出沙门种姓的门径，而且是极其低劣的，因此即使对这些进行诽谤，也同样安立为相似的堕罪。做了错事，因为对于这个，没有因犯根本罪而诽谤的缘故，对于小的过失，是因为说是仅仅是小的一部分的缘故。那是因为什么呢？这指的是那些事由是因为什么。其他的人说，是因为什么原因。对于制造僧团分裂等，这两个粗大的罪过，应该知道是按照顺序，不放弃加入僧团分裂，以及与杀人的一方相一致。以自己承认的行为等，以僧残罪所说，这表明即使诽谤犯根本罪，也仅仅是变成僧残罪。因为应该忏悔，所以在僧团面前忏悔，从而使堕罪得以返回。单独忏悔，是因为仅仅在住在处所内的比丘面前宣告，从而使堕罪得以返回。询问的某些人还这样说：在僧团的中央行了不净行，偷盗超过五摩沙迦，断绝了人的性命，说了不是真实的人的上法，像这样不确定地说，如果不说某某人，就会变成粗大的罪过。如果比丘从坐垫上起来说，我是经过思考才说的，那么所有的人都会犯错。如果与不男之人一起诽谤，就会变成粗大的罪过。如果与不男之女一起诽谤，就会变成粗大的罪过。如果与变化的不男之人一起诽谤，就会变成粗大的罪过。出现这样的话语：不定的站立和不男，不男之女都是不男。从某些询问中是诽谤，其他的总结是这样出现的。这是一个总结。那里的意思是这样的：不确定。

Completely establish. Like this, if one slanders these, the transgression should be blamed, if it is said to be like other transgressions. Those who uphold the Vinaya say that it is not so, because this, in a large aspect, will become the gateway to speaking of the Shramana lineage, and it is extremely inferior, therefore even if one slanders these, it is also established as a similar transgression. Committed a wrong deed, because for this, there is no reason to slander due to committing a root offense, for small faults, it is because it is said to be only a small part. Why is that? This refers to what the reasons for those things are. Others say, it is for what reason. For causing division in the Sangha, etc., these two gross offenses should be known to be, in order, not abandoning joining the division of the Sangha, and being in agreement with the side of killing people. By actions such as admitting oneself, as stated in the Sanghavasesa, this shows that even if one slanders committing a root offense, it only becomes a Sanghavasesa. Because one should confess, confessing in front of the Sangha, thereby the transgression can be reversed. Confessing separately is because merely proclaiming in front of the Bhikshu residing in the dwelling, thereby the transgression can be reversed. Some who inquire also say this: In the center of the Sangha, one has engaged in impure conduct, stolen more than five Mashakas, severed the life of a person, spoken of the superior Dharma of a person that is not true, like this, if one speaks uncertainly, if one does not say so-and-so, it will become a gross offense. If a Bhikshu gets up from the cushion and says, I spoke after thinking, then all people will make a mistake. If one slanders together with a eunuch, it will become a gross offense. If one slanders together with a female eunuch, it will become a gross offense. If one slanders together with a transformed eunuch, it will become a gross offense. Such words appear: Uncertain standing and eunuch, female eunuchs are all eunuchs. From some inquiries it is slander, other summaries appear like this. This is a summary. The meaning there is this: uncertain.
