If. Unfinished is not finished. Completion is construction. The offense becomes serious, this is because it is not completed. For completing what is done, because it is not completely finished, therefore know this. The remaining part of the Sangha of the house is determined. // Regarding the matter of "having an owner," having an owner means being with another owner, it is a synonym for "possessing an owner." Regarding "for the sake of the Sangha," the word "for the sake of" indicates need. The word Sangha refers to the Shravaka Sangha of the Tathagata. Therefore, here it exists for the sake of the Shravaka Sangha of the Tathagata, so for the sake of the Sangha it is there. Here, this branch itself is not the remaining owner, but it is said so because of what happened. Regarding "great," some say it is said from the aspect of size. Others say it is also from the aspect of placement. The size of the house for the sake of the Sangha is not mentioned, because the greatness of merit and so on is achieved. Except for exceeding the size and begging, the owners of the Sangha monastery are numerous, therefore exceeding the size itself will not become a fault, because it is not meaningless. Therefore, exceeding the size is not said to be a branch of an impure monastery. If it is said that even the branch of begging is not included, then regarding the matter of "having an owner," is it not said that the owner himself also comes from begging from other owners? No. There, mentioning having an owner is not mentioned as a branch. Then what is it? It is because most of the Dharma is proclaimed because of what happened, just as no place that points out a fall mentions having an owner. If there is no owner at all, then how can the foundation of a Bhikshu exist? Like this, he must beg from others, not eat ghost food. That is not it. Because it transcends the prohibition of accepting houses and foundations, holding for the benefit of other people, and holding through buying for the sake of the Sangha. Or, the foundation of the Sangha is the Sangha.

Because it is grasped by the appearance of the aspect. In this way, because there is no autonomy, a bhikṣu can establish a foundation, so it is established as only lacking the limb of solicitation. The mention of the saṅgha here refers to dedicating a person to the foundation, etc., from laypeople. Because in this way, the dharma of laypeople is sinful. Even if the intention to benefit the noble saṅgha is very virtuous, it is still established as an offense. The phrase "for the sake of the saṅgha" refers to the Tathāgata's śrāvaka saṅgha, which should be understood as an example based on the topic. Those who uphold the Vinaya do not want this, because it is a monastery, not the main thing, and has no purpose of its own. Those who uphold the Vinaya say that apart from exceeding the limit and the limb of solicitation, any request that arises from other scriptures that belongs to an individual, and the reason for not arising, should be known as a gross offense. Here, the remaining saṅgha of the monastery has not established solicitation as a limb. Because it is not solicitation, for a foundation that is not personal, it is established as merely a gross offense. It should also be understood in accordance with the remaining saṅgha of the house. The so-called "remaining scripture," etc., refers to temporarily not allowing a bhikṣu to establish a foundation, etc., without the permission of a bhikṣu. Greatness refers to life. It is the determination of the remaining saṅgha of the monastery. Anger is because of having hatred. This shows the power of the cause, because anger has been abandoned. The phrase "because of hatred" is the fifth case of the cause. The former shows the stage of subtle increase, while this describes the stage of complete entanglement. Dissatisfaction is unhappiness because of remembering the harm caused by it, which explains the power of the condition. Here, the mention of hatred is spoken according to the topic, not as a limb of this. Like this, no matter who it is, if one has the intention to cause them to decline, by speaking falsely to identify, one will fall into this, that is its meaning. A bhikṣu refers to one who has taken full ordination. The mention of bhikṣu here refers to approaching
