Just as there is no entering into purity, so too, I have none, because of making such a promise; just as food and so forth are initially discordant, and the field of aggregation is not until they meet, so too, I am the same, because of making such a promise; just as abiding separately, having become a wanderer from all renunciates, so too, know that I have become a wanderer, because of making such a promise. Know that the promise is also similar to this. Just as the giving of precepts, the fully ordained vows being diminished and nearly diminished, so too, know that I am the same, because of making such a promise. The sevenfold of engaging in union without full ordination, etc., is because it is said that the one who sends is oneself, know that because of the power of union, one will only fall. The venerable one for a while, the bhikshu, etc., if the name changes, it is said to be a fault, because the bhikshunis do not have the sanghavasesa of a house. Thus, for women, it is not possible for actions related to houses to be rare, and women are not a great field of craving for building a house, thus, because the wisdom of independence does not universally arise, and for the desire to build a house, only the independent one can universally arise. Whatever appears to some, because it is occasional, is not considered. Therefore, know that these are faults because they rely on the unexamined aspect. If the name of a bhikshuni changes, it is said to be a novice, in order to bring the remainder to an end. If this is not a remainder, then at that time it will only become a sanghavasesa, know that it is like that. If a bhikshu requests to build, etc., it is said to be a fault, because of the reason just stated. Some are asking, some are arising with other appearances. By how much is it called a house taken by oneself? Where are the maker and the foundation both completely established? To request to build a house in the common place of the two becomes a gross offense. To request to build what has not been given becomes a gross offense. The ground of sentient beings

If a wall is built, a serious offense is committed. If it is completed and continues to be used, a serious offense is also committed. These are quoted as follows: Regarding the materials and the commonality of the two, as well as using others' things without permission. In some texts, the summary of the house is stated as follows. The meaning of this is: The builders refer to the people engaged in construction work, as well as the wood, bricks, tiles, and other materials needed for the house, and the wages of the two. The so-called "commonality of the two" refers to doing it for the sake of both. The so-called "committing a serious offense" refers to the fact that if a house is built for the benefit of many people in the past, then all inappropriate behaviors are included, and this is the fault. If a house is built for the benefit of the public, it cannot be immediately said that there is no fault, because building a temple for the benefit of the Sangha, the Sangha of the temple is considered to be the remainder. This is not a fundamental offense, because through the common efforts of many people, the desire for it becomes very small. This is also not a minor offense, because all inappropriate behaviors, such as not falling, etc., have passed, and it also accommodates four ways of behavior. The so-called "not given" refers to the fact that if an unauthorized house is built, as the second case shows, this refers to all houses of the essence of land, wood, bricks, tiles, etc., and not just land. The so-called "committing a serious offense" refers to the fact that one branch of initiating the action is missing, that is, if the item given by the owner is given, then this is not the case, so this should be understood. Therefore, if permission is granted, all branches are complete, it will constitute a fundamental offense; if permission is not granted, it is a serious offense. If the land is not given, but the materials are complete, will it not constitute a fall? Why is it said to be a serious offense? Because there is no chance of falling here at all, that is, if a house is built for the benefit of the landowner, it will not constitute a fall, because there is no deception. This is because the person himself provided the wood and bricks. The so-called "committing a serious offense" refers to the fact that one branch of initiating the action is missing.
