The great offense mentioned is solely for the purpose of conveying. Because there is no acceptance or return in this. Like this, if it is to meet in person, one cannot receive information from anywhere else. Nor can it be conveyed to others, it is only to fully show to the partner to be delivered with one's own thoughts, and to convey one's own message. There is no meeting in this, because if there is a meeting, it will fail because of it. In times of failure, it is also a mediator. Because there is no opportunity for Sangha residue, that's why it is said. The great offense mentioned with words such as "struggle" is because the mediator is not complete. It is not the main thing, such as "You snatch things there with struggle, I will snatch it away" after receiving such information, using the method of struggle to snatch, it will make people think that it is just acceptance. Because it is not other, so this is the nature of incompleteness, this is the concluding remark. The meaning of "twice defiled" is that twice is in turn. Repeatedly getting used to it is defilement. "Which woman is defiled twice", refers to a woman who has met with two kinds of people. "Defiled many times" refers to which woman is defiled many times. Therefore, if mediation is carried out here after being defiled twice, because it is said to be the main thing, it cannot be established. For many times of defilement, it is said to be committing a great offense, because it has been established. If mediation is carried out with this unestablished one, it is the main thing. For the established one, it is shown as a great offense. Like this, for those who are defiled twice, it cannot be established just like that, because just because of satisfaction, there is also the occurrence of meeting her without spending money. For many times of defilement, because of repeated habituation, the definite thing has been established, so know this. Here it says "defiled many times", isn't the word "many" proclaimed outwards? From where do you know the boundary of many? Answer: From the third time onwards, it is said here to be many times, know that.

English

It should be declared. Thus, the so-called "repeated reproaches" here refers to the fact that it is only the third time that it is said to be many. This is because it is the end of the second time. Regarding the so-called "reproaching twice," the term "later" is definitely said to refer only to the third time. This is because only that is the end, and the two are close to the second time. The statement "Did you find something?" is described as a misdeed because many limbs are incomplete. Thus, the expression "Did you find something?" is neither giving, nor is it meant to show the purpose of giving to establish what is not established, nor is there receiving, transporting, or returning, so it is said. Isn't it said in other inquiries that this is a serious offense? For example, if a monk, for some reason, makes an agreement with a woman, and then a monk comes to her and asks, "Did you find something?" what would happen? The answer is that it would become a serious offense. So, how should one know what causes this serious offense? Those who uphold the Vinaya say that this should be understood as an error of misdeed. If one incomplete limb is called a serious offense, then here there are many incomplete limbs. Even if many limbs are incomplete, it is still described as a misdeed. Thus, saying "Did you find something?" is of such a nature that it has neither the meaning of establishing what is not established, nor the two purposes of giving, nor receiving, etc., so the opportunity for a serious offense is said to be like "having hope." This is the final determination of the Sangha remnant of mediation. The term "I" refers to oneself, and saying "I" means that even if others take something related to oneself, it is as if oneself has taken it. The term "soliciting" refers to the place where one wants to solicit, because there will be blame for those who do not solicit. The term "ownerless" refers to someone whose owner cannot be seen. Others say that "ownerless" means there is no other owner. The term "for oneself" means that it is built for one's own purpose, not for two, three, four, etc., because it is said to be a serious offense for the common benefit of two people. For the purpose of the Sangha, it is also a temple.
