It is for this reason. It is thought that it is not so for others. Central refers to someone born in the central region. The language of the borderlands refers to the language of the borderland regions, because it is not understood. A borderlander refers to someone from the borderland region. Bodily expression refers to the actions of the body. It is said that "the offense becomes gross" because the expression is not completely clear. Without words, expressing through bodily expression, the understanding of the meaning will not be complete, this is its summary. What is called "solitude" refers to an empty place. The concept of solitude refers to the concept of an empty place. It is said that "the offense becomes gross" because there is no listener in solitude, and even if one thinks one is in solitude, there is no intention to announce, so the expression is not completely complete. Therefore, this grossness arises from action, but for the root, there is no downfall. It is said that the offense becomes gross by "having a non-solitary concept in solitude," etc., which belongs to action, because there is no listener in solitude. It is said that the grossness by "having a solitary concept in a non-solitary place," etc., belongs only to action, because there is a listener in a non-solitary place, and even if one thinks one is in solitude, there is no intention to announce. It is said that the ultimate downfall by "having a non-solitary concept in a non-solitary place," etc., is because there is a listener in a non-solitary place, and even if one thinks one is in a non-solitary place, there is also the intention to announce. Similarly, the following situations should also be understood according to the specific circumstances. It is said that for a listener who has not contemplated, announcing the supreme human Dharma, there will also be a fault called "defeat." Other Vinaya holders do not approve of this, because the meaning of the expression is understood by the person who wants to express it, but if it is announced to someone who has not contemplated, the person who wants to express it does not understand, then how can it be said to be a defeat without the result being complete? Therefore, announcing to someone who has not contemplated, the offense will become gross, and announcing to someone who has contemplated, it is a defeat, this is its summary. Secret...

It is said that saying things like "making oneself non-existent with praises or medicines" will become a serious offense because it is not permissible to speak of non-existence in terms of designation. If one speaks of non-existence in this way, it is not permissible in terms of designation, and it appears as if the discernment itself is not fully accomplished. It is said that saying things like "speaking of the Dharma that has become superior to human Dharma from others" will become a serious offense because there are no words of one's own. Although it has been explained above about "from a messenger," etc., however, by saying "from a messenger," it should be understood as being hidden, and by saying "from another," it should be understood as being manifest. The difference between these two is like that. It is said that saying things like "for the sake of others" will become a serious offense, because here there is no branch of one's own half. Like this, in order to accomplish the wealth of disciples, etc., praising oneself and speaking of the Dharma that has become superior to human Dharma will accomplish the wishes of others. Similarly, here and in similar subsequent cases, one should know appropriately. Because one's own words and praise of oneself will appear. From a messenger, from another, and for the sake of others, these established bases of training that are of high status will become objects of disparagement, but not the inherent bases of training that are of low status. Killing enemies in order to eliminate harm to others, practicing unchastity for the benefit of others, and ejaculating semen in order to beget a son from a woman who was previously a minor wife, and caressing the body in order to completely free her from suffering, etc., will not become the actual object. Therefore, speaking of the Dharma that has become superior to human Dharma from a messenger, etc., will only become the actual object. Similarly, one should know appropriately for general pronouncements and praises, etc. Asking is the synonym for separating, definitely grasping, and determining, such as the Pratimoksha. As for "from the Kashmiri," it is said that in the scriptures after the passing of the Teacher, there appeared a Brahmin king named King Jeta, who hated the teachings, and therefore caused much harm to the teachings.
