Here it is said that accepting Brahma's request is solely for the benefit of sentient beings. Because the non-unique gods who travel in the realm of form, such as Brahma, Great Brahma, the creator, the transformer, etc., will generate thoughts of greatness itself towards Brahma. Non-divine and non-human beings who travel in the realm of desire will also generate thoughts of the teacher towards Brahma. When Great Brahma came before the Blessed One, prostrated to the Blessed One, and urged the turning of the wheel of Dharma, at that time, Great Brahma himself generated thoughts, and the thoughts of the teacher that arose, those thoughts were all separated. They generate thoughts of greatness itself and thoughts of the teacher towards the Buddha, the Blessed One. By what merit is this so great that even Great Brahma prostrates and urges for the sake of teaching the Dharma? Respect will arise for the Blessed One, and after hearing the Dharma from the Blessed One, they will understand the extremely great difference. Therefore, the Blessed One accepted Brahma's request. The so-called "constant great festival" refers to the great celebration of the season, which is the cause of happiness. The so-called "extreme joy" refers to extreme satisfaction. The so-called "five senses" refers to the five main ones. The so-called "near five senses" refers to the five main ones in the vicinity, because a vast city cannot be grasped by a few main ones. A pool built with bricks on all four sides and constructed in a stepped manner is a pool. From those pools, canals are drawn around and enter the city, so it has five hundred canals. The so-called "five best limbs" refers to the main limbs of the king. The so-called "wealth" refers to the perfection made of matter. The so-called "because the elements are unbalanced" refers to the state where the earth element, etc., are unbalanced, or wind, etc. The so-called "by the disease of insomnia" refers to only the disease of insomnia. The so-called "accumulation of various substances" refers to various substances that are compatible with sleep, etc.
