The bark is the skin of the tree. The so-called "thinking for oneself" means generating mindfulness with the reason for benefiting oneself. Transcending the season means having died. Because it is not necessary, it is said to be a dharma that should be abandoned. The so-called "becoming ill" means being invaded by a type of disease or being devoured by living beings. Whoever has growths on the neck is the one with growths, referring to those kinds of hungry ghosts. Regarding "non-humans kicking it with their feet," if asked why they don't kick it when taking lava? Here it is said that because when taking it, they have the intention of slandering the Joyful Black (Tibetan: དགའ་བྱེད་ནག་པོ།) and are expectant, they cannot kick it with their feet. From that kind of behavior, they will also be suppressed by the fierce and non-humans. When the Joyful Black goes against the teachings of the Bhagavan, because they become timid, they are suppressed by non-humans. The so-called "many fierce yakshas" means that due to craving corpses and smells, the fierce ones will follow. The so-called "evading with other answers" means giving unrelated answers. Extremely pure merit is the merit of practice. Remnants are the remnants of food. The so-called "one should not eat tsampa without taking off shoes" means one should not eat tsampa with shoes on. Because wearing shoes is prohibited, shoes made of grass, etc., are especially prohibited. Therefore, they would say: These Shakyaputra ascetics are impure because they eat tsampa with shoes on. If merely wearing shoes is impure, then aren't grass shoes, etc., even more impure? Therefore, one must always take off shoes to eat food. The so-called "those that have become very rotten" is because they have come into contact with moist soil. The place for the bowl is a small hole like a window for placing the bowl. Because it is against the precepts, it is a bad place, and because one takes it, it is a bad place. Up to "it leads to sin." The actions of body and speech are bad places, universal actions.

Whatever is done is taking what is not given. 'Without respect' means urging with regard to faults. Preparing provisions is to make the body remain. 'Separate Sojong' means separate Sojong. 'One gain' means that here, gain is considered as gain in general for livelihood and so on. To spread bedding in nearby monasteries is to request in different monasteries, which is two tasks. Bedding is a bed and so on, and vessels are copper and other vessels. Other than those necessities are provisions, such as clothes and ornaments. 'It will become a serious offense' means that if a stealing mind arises towards those things, it will become serious, but if not, it will become a misdeed. Shoulder carrying is the burden of the body, with boxes and other items placed on both ends, as a method, carrying with a curved piece of wood is called shoulder carrying. Daughter means wife. There are five types of slaves: bought, found, robbed, born into the household, and those who have volunteered, because these are different. Female slaves are also the same as these. A worker is a hired person. Living by relying on a worker is living by wages. Living by the profits of trade is a merchant. Because of tying a silk turban, it is a king.
