It has been translated. What is called "subduing" is to make it stiff, because at other times it will wander everywhere. What is called "greed" is the desire for the objects of others' possessions, which is characterized by this. Before the goal is achieved, the mind is completely tormented, which is displeasure. What is called greed and displeasure is subduing. As for what realm to subdue? The answer is: it is to the world, that is, to the nature of the five aggregates of clinging. What is called "external body" refers to the continuum of others. What is called "internal and external body" refers to one's own and others' continuums, and what is related to them. What is called "contemplating the arising dharma" refers to contemplating this body of oneself, which is called "arising," because all suffering arises from it. What is called "contemplating the cessation dharma" refers to contemplating that this body will inevitably decay. The body is a collection of impure things, and the inside is empty of an agent. Generating mindfulness in this way and abiding in it is to abide well and separately. How does one abide? That is to say, "only knowing" and so on, which is to determine the object. Because it is to determine the aspect, it is knowing; because it is to apprehend directly, it is seeing; because it is to remember separately or distinctly, it is separate mindfulness. What is called "not abiding" is without attachment. What is called "not taking anything from the world" is not to take anything as one's own. For seeking and so on, to fully understand the characteristics of self and generality is also the same. What is called "contemplating the dharmas" is to say that this is only dharma, and there is no self or what belongs to self in it. What is called "without wavering" is that the activity of the mind makes the activity of the mind clear. What is called "without falsehood" is not deceiving others. Trusting in all words is called uprightness and nature, that is to say, being upright in all aspects, not just in one aspect. What is called "knowledge will be conveyed" is to prophesy becoming an Arhat.

My well-spoken Dharma refers to the Four Noble Truths, which are the teachings of the Buddha, the Bhagavan. It is his well-spoken word, beneficial for seeing correctly, without inversion, as it truly is. Because it enables correct seeing, it is correct seeing, determined by undefiled wisdom. Through the means of fully distinguishing as it is, at the time of the path of seeing, one sees the Dharma, the nature of the Bhagavan's Four Noble Truths. Therefore, it is beneficial for correct seeing, a synonym for abandoning deception. 'Without disease' means being completely liberated from the nature of afflictions such as desire, which cause suffering; it is the characteristic of the Bhagavan's path. 'At all times' means that the beginning and the completion of this are simultaneous. Likewise, wherever the path focused on suffering arises, there also arises the origin, and afflictions are eliminated. Wherever the path focused on origin, cessation, and path arises, there, the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of seeing are abandoned. Therefore, the beginning of the path and the time of the completion of the fruit are simultaneous. 'Easy to understand' means that it can be attained, therefore it is attainable. Because the Four Noble Truths are shown, it is Bhagavan. What arises from that is easy to understand, it is the nature of the Bhagavan's path. Likewise, when the path arises, at that time there is no doubt about the Four Noble Truths. 'Look' means come here, look at the suchness of the Four Noble Truths. Because it possesses a share of the Noble Path, it is said to beings, 'Come, look,' indicating that there is no obstruction to the suchness arising from the Noble Path, which is a synonym. 'The wise know individually for themselves' means that the wise, through the transcendent wisdom they have individually attained, know through their own distinct minds, and not by others, that is the meaning. 'Essence to be drunk' means that essence is supreme.
