It is so. Having spoken of the enactment, it is also summarized that one should confess great sins in front of such monks. Whatever was previously permitted is prohibited, and whatever was previously prohibited is also permitted, and it is also subsequently enacted. For example, after the permission of shoes, the distinction of that is prohibited, saying that one should not hold the sound of "thug thug" and the sound of "thrig thrig," etc. Those permissions are also prohibited. The prohibition is also permitted, for example, the non-temporal food was previously prohibited, but it was also permitted for the sick, and this is also like the permission. At all times, things should not be done even if it comes to life, which is a prohibition. For example, those who hold me as a teacher should not even drink the lowest of wine grass, nor should they give it away, and killing and other sins by their very nature are said to be all things that should not be done. If one enters into the object of desire for some things that should be done, permission is also not something that should not be done, or a crime that should not be done, that is, a crime does not arise, for example, in order to subdue the outsiders, one should read the scriptures of the outsiders, and so on. Because of the lack of ability to understand the profound meaning, it is inferior wisdom, that is, those who have knowledge of external objects are in the position of being inferior in wisdom. Because there is no dependence on meaning, it is said to follow only the words. To be fond of profound meaning is to desire to understand profound meaning. Like a mother, it is Dharma Abhidhamma, because it is the nature of being like a mother through the gate of explaining the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka and the Vinaya Pitaka. Therefore, it is said to protect the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka and the Vinaya, because the Sutra Pitaka and the Vinaya are truly gathered in the Dharma Abhidhamma through the gate of meaning, therefore, if they are summarized, the meaning of the Sutra Pitaka and the Vinaya will also be truly summarized. The characteristic of what is to be known is that it is to be known, so it is what is to be known, and that is the characteristic, so it is Dharma Abhidhamma.

It is highly proclaimed, which is a term meaning 'made very clear.' The Sutra Pitaka reveals the intention, and the Vinaya Pitaka reveals the arising. Intention is thought. Like mindfulness, it is mindfulness of body, feeling, mind, and phenomena. The four right abandonments are: to generate desire to produce unarisen virtuous qualities, to exert effort, and to hold the mind firmly. To eliminate those that have arisen, and to prevent the unarisen non-virtuous qualities from arising, and to abandon those that have arisen, one generates desire, exerts effort, and holds the mind firmly. The four legs of miraculous power are: the leg of miraculous power that is combined with the activity of desire-concentration as the main thing, the concentration of effort, the concentration of mind, and the leg of miraculous power that is combined with the activity of wisdom-concentration as the main thing. The five faculties are called faith, effort, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom. When those same ones attain another state, they are called powers. The seven branches of enlightenment are: mindfulness as a branch of perfect enlightenment, discrimination of dharmas, effort, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity as a branch of perfect enlightenment. The eightfold noble path is: right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. The four individual perfect knowledges are called dharma, meaning, definitive words, and eloquence. The four fruits of a contemplative are the fruit of stream-enterer and so on. The four abodes of dharma are the abode of dharma without covetousness, without malice, right mindfulness, and right concentration as the abodes of dharma. That which is called 'without affliction' means that some Arhats, knowing the suffering arising from the afflictions of sentient beings and the distinction of their own nature being worthy of offerings, and other sentient beings desiring to completely abandon the afflictions that arise in them with respect to that, are similar to that.
