"Bird Taka" refers to a bird that is commonly found in fields of beans, etc., and is not very small in size. A bird smaller than that is the bird Lavaka. "Thinking of giving alms" means generating the thought for the purpose of giving alms. "Acting with thought" means generating thought for the purpose of performing acts of reverence, etc. "Skilled in fully understanding the meaning of good and bad speech," and "suitable in every way" here refers to the realm of women. "Shramana" refers to the noble path, and its fruit is the fruit of the Shramana. "Four" refers to the Arhat itself, and "attainment" means engaging in seeking meaning. "As long as life lasts" means until the end of life. Because it is not destroyed by the cause of broken vows, such as thoughts of desire, it is complete. Because it is not harmed by broken vows, it is completely pure.
