That which is called "is" is birth. That which is called "entanglement of thread" is a ball of thread. That which is called "thrown into the sky above" is thrown at me. If one is liberated from time, why would one practice discipline and so on? Because of this doubt. To this, a renunciate or Brahmin spoke such words and so on. That which is called "discipline" is abstaining from harm and so on. That which is called "asceticism" is the determination of profound signs and so on. Smoking and so on. That which is called "celibacy" is abstaining from that which arises from intercourse. That which is called "fully ripened" is the manifestation of the fruit. That which is called "having touched" is having practiced. That which is called "purified" is to make it exhausted. That which is called "this happiness and suffering are definite" is what is ultimately to be done. That which is called "increase and decrease are impossible," wherein, that which is called "increase" is more than eighty-four thousand great eons. That which is called "decrease" is less than those, therefore both of those are impossible, because only by experiencing such an end will one be liberated, this is the concluding statement. In that which is called "suchness and non-difference," that which is called "suchness" is increase. That which is called "other" is decrease. That which is called "non" is impossible. Or, that which is called "suchness" is the order I spoke of earlier. That which is called "non-difference" is that if it is not spoken in that way, then no one else will speak of it. This is the concluding statement. That which is called "measuring samsara" is distinguishing. That which is called "this dharma is such" is the view of speaking of liberation by the nature of time and holding to extreme views, this is the concluding statement. If someone comes to me and asks such questions, such as "Is there a next world?", and so on. That which is called "is there?" is one question, which is holding to permanence. That which is called "is there not?" is the second question, which is holding to annihilation. That which is called "is it existent or non-existent?" is the third question, which is holding to permanence and annihilation, because for the world that is considered mine, one holds to permanence and annihilation. It is neither existent nor non-existent.
