It is said to be "truly understanding and truly accomplishing." "Truly understanding" means possessing true wisdom. "Truly accomplishing" means accomplishing without inversion. To show these differences, it is said, "Whoever in this life," and so on. "By one's own direct perception" means by one's own wisdom. "Having made manifest" means having known. "Accomplishing" means having heard that knowledge, which is synonymous with "obtaining manifest." "Making known" is synonymous with "making visible." If these do not exist, what is the reason? Therefore, it is said, "Therefore, in this very life," and so on. Because the master of life lives in this very world, and that life will eventually be cut off and exhausted by the nature of knowledge, and the nature of the body will decay and perish, after death both the nature of knowledge and the nature of the body will be cut off and will not arise, therefore, giving and so on do not exist, this is its synonym. Then where will it go? Therefore, it is said, "The body of a man," and so on. If I am temporarily cut off, then where will this body of a man go? The body of a man is composed of the four great elements, and at the time of death it will be absorbed into the four great elements. People and the senses will be absorbed into the sky. The corpse will be placed on a corpse bed, and the four people carrying the corpse and the fifth person will carry it to the cemetery to be burned, turning into ashes, and the burned bones will remain like the color of hail, and the destination of a man is like that. Then who are the giver and the receiver? Therefore, it is said, "The foolish one first indicates giving, the wise one first indicates receiving," and so on. "Foolish" means stupid. "First indicates" means first indicates, because that is foolishness, so at first some people will indicate, giving without helping. The wise one first indicates constantly receiving through immediate gain.

It is a concluding remark. If someone asks, "Then, haven't those who claim existence pointed out the other world, etc.?" Therefore, it is said, "For those who claim existence," etc. If someone asks, "Then, aren't there wise and foolish, etc., now?" Therefore, it is said, "Like this, these two, the child and the wise," etc. "Entering a wrong path" means abandoning correct knowledge. "Practicing the evil path well" means following the wrong path with body and speech, which is a concluding remark. "Like a path full of fear" means that if one goes there, one will encounter fear, so that path should be abandoned as before. "Bad intelligence" means the inner self. "Showing wrongly" means through quoting scriptures. "Inferior" means a child. "Called a teacher" means someone who is not a teacher but is called a teacher. "By whom" means by that teacher. "This Dharma" means viewing as emptiness and annihilation. "What is not his Dharma, what is it like?" means that because there is no Dharma more inferior than that Dharma, it is impossible for there to be another that is not his Dharma, which is a concluding remark. "Having said" means after saying those words. "Striking like an empty vessel" means that just as striking an empty vessel, if one strikes an empty jar etc. and makes a sound, one will know that there is nothing inside, similarly, if one strikes that teacher with words of debate and examination, and makes the sound of him proclaiming his own tenets, one should know that there is no element of merit in his wisdom, which is a concluding remark. "Completely becoming afflicted" means becoming suffering of birth etc. "Without cause" means without the cause of inner habits etc. "Without conditions" means without the external conditions of listening to non-Dharma etc. "Becoming completely pure" means becoming completely liberated from samsara. Those will prevent the cause of entering and the cause of returning. "Without knowledge" means not contemplating nature. "Without seeing" means not contemplating difference. "Knowledge and seeing" means the opposite of that. This prevents entering.

And it prevents considering the cause of forward and reverse as the two, knowledge and non-knowledge, not being the cause. Strength is called ability. Diligence is called joy. The combination of these two is strength and diligence. The talent of a man is called the essence of a man, that is, his own ability. Subduing others is called the ability through skillful means. The combination of these two is the talent of a man and subduing others. One's own talent is called one's own ability. The talent of others is called the ability of others. The combination of these two is one's own talent and the talent of others. Sentient beings are called gods and humans. Creatures are called creatures born in the place of animals. Beings are called invisible creatures such as pretas. Powerless is called lacking the power of mind. Weak is called lacking the power of body. Without authority is called lacking the power of desire. Without diligence is called lacking joy. Without subduing others is called lacking the power of skillful means. Regarding the phrase "Which states of existence that connect beings are definite?", the connecting state of existence is called the state of existence that connects the six realms of beings in samsara. Definite is called indication, that is, those who are gods are also connected as gods, and those who are humans are also connected as humans, etc., without confusion with beings. Becoming means existing as it is. Because of that, it is said that all beings will experience happiness and suffering separately in the six realms in this way, meaning that there is no confusion in the mind and they revolve separately. Here, it refers to the six realms of Asuras. They will prevent the power of all dharmas. The so-called "dharma is like that" refers to slandering the cause, slandering the path, and slandering liberation. Doing and causing to do, etc., doing refers to oneself doing things like killing.
