This passage is from a scripture called "The Holy Dharma King," which is the supreme guide for all the teachings of the Buddha Bhagavan's sutras, like a precious minister. This is a concluding statement. To explain this in more detail, it says, "This is the great trading house of the Bhikshu Sangha's merchandise of learning." This means that the Pratimoksha is the merchandise of learning for the community of Bhikshu merchants who desire the precious jewel of Nirvana. It is the great trading house of the treasure of discipline, like a place for storing goods. For those who are troubled by broken vows, "This is the medicine that eliminates suffering, this is the iron hook for the two-legged youth who are deluded by youth." This means that for those who are troubled by the broken vows of discipline, their discipline is like remaining hair, like a virulent poison that spreads quickly, the Pratimoksha is the medicine that eliminates and prevents the suffering of downfall, because it purifies them. The Pratimoksha is like an iron hook for the two-legged youth who are deluded and maddened by youth, turning them back, because it makes them fearful by showing the faults of transgression, abiding, and behavior, etc. "This is the raft of liberation from the cycle of existence that is deeper than the sea, this is the certain waterway bridge that leads to good rebirths." This means that for the world of the five paths of samsara, which is deeper than the poisonous sea and difficult to reach the bottom, the Pratimoksha is the raft of liberation and attainment of liberation, like bridges, boats, rafts, and swimming, etc., because the path arises when discipline is pure. The Pratimoksha is the certain and unchanging waterway bridge that leads to good rebirths and happiness, it is the constant and firm ground connected to the earth, because discipline is the cause of good rebirths. "This is the path that defeats the afflictions, it is the supreme guide of the king, this is the foundation of the staircase that enters the city of liberation."

安住。 所谓此别解脱，对于降伏并断除贪欲等烦恼，犹如具有殊胜心要的导师，如同圣道之人的人主国王。 此别解脱，安住于进入并安住于解脱涅槃之城的道路的阶梯，如同最初的基础阶梯，因为道的根本是戒律的缘故。 我于涅槃后，此乃汝之导师。 自然以恭敬，殷勤于比丘众前赞叹。 所谓导师薄伽梵完全涅槃之时，为了遣除比丘众等此后我等没有导师之疑虑，因此说此语，涅槃之后，此别解脱将作为汝之导师，因此此乃汝之导师，如是自然不由他力，证得无上智慧的佛薄伽梵亲自从自己的口中以恭敬心嘱托，殷勤地对比丘众宣说，于比丘之众僧团中赞叹，因此，此如导师之面容般显现。 律即是彼别解脱之，了知是为分别故，欲解脱者以敬重，此当 殷勤谛听受持。 所谓如是，因为凡是称为别解脱者，乃是以众多功德与利益而真实兴盛，而分别，即是所有细微等，所有这些都是别解脱的广为分别，了知此义，因此，凡是欲求解脱者，都应当恭敬，对于成为别解脱之分别的这些律，应当以各种方式殷勤听闻，听闻之后也应当连同果实一起受持，如是宣说。 消除律藏分别的障碍，由此我所积聚的善根，为了完全解脱一切系缚，愿一切世间的障碍都消逝！ 赞律，由尊者法商主所作，导师调伏天所作的分别圆满结束。 之后寂道分别的

Abides. This Pratimoksha, for subduing and abandoning afflictions such as desire, is like a guide with an excellent heart, like a king, the lord of the noble path. This Pratimoksha abides as the first step of the foundation, like the steps of the path to enter and abide in the city of liberation Nirvana, because the basis of the path is discipline. After my Nirvana, this is your teacher. Naturally, with reverence, diligently praised before the assembly of monks. When the Teacher, the Bhagavan, completely passed into Nirvana, in order to dispel the doubt of the monks and others that we would have no teacher in the future, he said these words: After Nirvana, this Pratimoksha will be your teacher, so this is your teacher. Thus, naturally, without the authority of others, the Buddha Bhagavan, who attained unsurpassed wisdom, personally entrusted it from his own mouth with reverence, and diligently declared it to the monks, praising it in the Sangha of monks. Therefore, this is shown as the face of the teacher. The Vinaya is the distinction of that Pratimoksha, therefore, those who desire liberation should respect it, and this should be diligently listened to and upheld. As such, because whatever is called Pratimoksha is truly flourishing with many merits and benefits, and the distinctions, that is, all the subtleties, etc., all of these are the extensive distinctions of Pratimoksha. Knowing this meaning, therefore, all those who desire liberation should respect and diligently listen to these Vinayas, which are the distinctions of Pratimoksha, in various ways, and after listening, they should also uphold them together with the fruits, as declared. Eliminating the obstacles to the distinctions of the Vinaya Pitaka, may all the obstacles of all worlds disappear, so that I may completely liberate all bonds by whatever virtues I have accumulated.
