Action is because it is protected by relying on the royal palace in the home. The so-called "side with green grass" refers to the growth of green seedlings, because that is what is relied upon, so it is prevented. Vomiting, etc., refers to vomiting bile, etc., from the mouth, and excreting undigested things from the lower part. This is the nineteenth chapter of the Collection Sutra. The so-called "how many people" refers to the size of the human body. The so-called "jumping" refers to jumping upwards. The explanation of the words of the Vinaya-vibhaṅga is made by the scholar-monk Dulva Lha, and from the near combination, the explanation of the words of many trainings is completed. Now, in order to show how disputes arising from the five kinds of offenses can be pacified, the seven dharmas that pacify disputes are taught. Regarding the present pacification, that is, "giving the present pacification," the so-called "present" refers to the present peace of pacification for the disputant and the refuter, that is the present pacification. The so-called "pacification" refers to the pacification and taming of disputes. To whom should it be given, or what is the dispute, the present pacification should be given, that is its definition. For example, when disputes arise regarding the nature of things such as permanence and impermanence, existence and non-existence, suffering and non-suffering, etc., through the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Pitaka, the holders of the Mother Tantra, or the Khenpos, Acharyas, or the entire Sangha, or the Sangha of other monasteries, or by establishing the view of the main Vinaya holders, the dispute can be pacified. Therefore, the present pacification is done for the sake of debate, and the meaning here is this. Regarding pacification by mindfulness, that is, "giving pacification by mindfulness," this refers to pacification by mindfulness, because mindfulness does not forget the object. For things experienced and done at other times, it can generate a knower of encouragement. In anyone's continuum, mindfulness can pacify disputes, and the pacification that comes from this is pacification by mindfulness. To whom should it be given, or what is the dispute, pacification by mindfulness should be given, that is its definition. For example, this will cause offenses, etc.
